kitchen & bathroom floors=sticky. few dishes & silverware, most in dishwasher. bad, garbage-like smell from kitchen sink when water is on. furniture & toilet seat = too low for elderly, arthritic person=had to struggle to get up from them. had to go to office to get toilet paper and more (bad) coffee.

The room appeared to be clean, however there were a lot of sloppy fixes (shower leaks with water squirting into the bathroom area, spilled paint where the drywall had been fixed in the bathroom because of the leaking water), peeling paint, a light in the kitchen that would go off and on again every 2-3 minutes. The shower had dirt and grit on the floor (it just didn't get completely cleaned up), trash under the pull-out sofa. The buildings overall seemed dated and in need of some TLC. Minimal supplies for the room. 2 towels for a suite that could sleep 6. No extra pillows, bedding for pullout. Had to ask for everything that we needed that should have been in the room.

Location was good. A lot of dining options, several within walking distance. Staff friendly. No breakfast available. Some outdoor sports activities for kids.

I had a 6-day stay. I was at a seminar at Southwest General Hospital for 4 days. I knew I would be staying along time, and using the available kitchen and appliances. I like to cook! IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVING, I got down on my hands and knees and washed the floor in both the bathroom and the kitchen with some of your dish detergent and one of your washcloths. There was hair, and dirt and grime in both places. I did not want to step out of the shower and walk around the bathroom on a dirty floor. And I did not want to cook my meals, always wearing my shoes, on a dirty floor. The rug generally, was very dirty also. There also did not seem to be any cold water in either the bathroom sink or the kitchen sink. I also saw a little swirly black hair which I knew was not my own (!) ok Embedded in one of the towels. I'm sure it had claimed there since going through the wash! Once I had cleaned the floors, as well as certainly being willing to work with no real cold water for drinking...., I did enjoy my stay! The beds were very comfortable. The thermostat also, was a wonderful way to take off the chill, being adjustable. The price was very low compared to other surrounding hotels, and so I figured, this was just the way the deal went! Thank you :-)

Great features: cable, large flat screen tv, microwave, stove. Pots and pans ( both of which I used), good lighting.

First night the room was not properly cleanded and there were fleas all around. The TV had no antenna cable. Staff took care moving to another room the next day and reimbursing the cost but that shouldn't have happened. Apparently there is no more cutterly or pans available anymore.

Staff was really helfpul and solved the issues that appeared. Room was big enough and installations were nice.

Poor room amenities. Worst paper towel you can possibly get. TP was borderline (one single roll in bathroom). No other kitchen things, no dish towels, no dishsoap and no more dishes and pans. Although the room had been renovated, the carpet is still stained, as in last visit in June. The hallways are still not cleaned regularly (wasn’t vacuumed at all in 10 nites)and hallway carpet is stained. Front bldg doors are barely functioning (safety issue!) and sometimes would not lock behind us, even when pulled hard.

property was dated , showing some of its age . advertised breakfast was available but when I called a few days prior was told they no longer did that yet the price did not go down. sadly, an inconsiderate group of revelers were outside our room being extremely loud until late in the night. we chose not to complain, but someone must have because it stopped abruptly. for this , we were glad.

The staff member checking me in was not very professional. There was an almost empty roll of toilet paper left in the bathroom without a new roll available to replace it. Nor was there any soap in the kitchen. The other guests around our room smoked and so they were outside near our car smoking and drinking as were going into our room, day of check-in.

The room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Very little noise was heard at bedtime which was nice.

No longer offer breakfast which was disappointing as it said it was included on booking. Stairways has cigar and cigarette butts on the carpeted steps that clearly burned the carpet so it could have been a fire hazard. The front desk was made aware but they were never cleaned up. the first room was missing the table to eat at but the second room was amazing and comfortable. We had no trouble switching after notifying the front desk they were great. Overall it was a great stay.

There is a lot of drug trafficking going on within this hotel, I watched it with my own eyes. The police have been here maybe 7 days out of 14. This is a long term stay hotel for families and business. The staff I will say are exceptional, they are kind and welcoming. Anything I have needed or any questions and or concerns I have had, they have been more than happy to help and accommodate. Our family dog was sick and scheduled to be put down, without even asking Loney (not sure if I spelled that correctly) called his supervisor and had the pet fee waived for me, which was a very gracious gesture and truly appreciated.

The rooms weren’t super clean, but I do like the layouts. We stayed in the two bedroom king suite, the fireplace is a very nice touch although it doesn’t work. I like the staff and the beds are pretty comfortable and lots of pillows which is an added bonus.

Upon check in. The desk attendent was doing small talk with an existing client. She did not greet me, or say I'll be with you in a minute. It was like i was not there. I was waiting patiently for about 5 minutes. I finally interrupted and asked if I can check in. She responded as soon as I am finished with her. The client said no go ahead and check him in, I've got to go to the bathroom.. The attendent checked me in, but was not kind.

The rooms and common areas need to be cleaned and maintained. The carpeting is stained as well as some of the furniture. Closet doors are broken. Big layer of dust on the vent in the room. This hotel needs to replace and fix the broken items and stained items.

The room had an odor of previous guests cooking and dirty laundry. The room faces the highway and is extremely close so you could hear all the traffic. Bed covers has stains on them.

Being on the first floor, we heard everything around us and above us, including the people walking above. Luckily everybody kept our same schedule but I could see where that would be a problem if you had some late night partiers or early morning individuals.

The staff was super friendly! The room exceeded expectations in what it had...a dishwasher, full fridge and stove/oven! Parking was convenient and the location was perfect! It was an older place but updated. There were some evidence of water damage etc. but it didn't bother us at all! Cleanliness is more important than aesthetics and it was clean!
