The kitchen could do with a wider range of cooking equipment

Clean and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The room had every we needed.

The furniture in the living room was damaged and dirty but we did not have a reservation and required a bottom floor which was too bad because everything else very good and clean.

Comfortable beds, nice view, loved the dog park and grassy areas, the parking was convenient (why a separate charge?), the hiking trail behind the hotel. Nice bakery selection for breakfast, even though it is carb-loaded but also offered eggs, yogurt and an apple. Even had a pancake maker.

The furniture is tattered and dirty. There was very little parking and we often had to park elsewhere. The walls are thin and you could hear everything.

I love the location of this property. The front desk staff was courteous.

Seems outdated. The love seat was not comfortable. I did not like being charged a “self parking” fee after I was charged for the room. Think it is a terrible fee. I would understand if it was a parking garage. Also I was not told at check in. I saw the fee the next day.

There was a cooking range oven in the room but no baking tray provided. The front desk was king enough to provide one when requested for after a day though.

That pool wasn’t available & hot tub was out of service & that we had to pay a parking fee for a hotel parking lot

Great location for exploring the region, easy freeway access. Close in parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Full-size working kitchen close to supermarket for those nights we didn't want to go out. Plentiful and fresh included breakfast.

The sofa was uncomfortabe as the top pillow of the sofabed didn't cover the bed frame and was very soft to sit on.

The room was very comfortable with the exception of the sofa. I The kitchen had most of items needed. Suggestion would be foil paper or plastic wrap. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. We will be staying there again on May 1st.

It is not a hotel for families per se. It is more of a hotel for traveling workers. It was a mixed crowd at breakfast and in the parking lot. But we always felt safe.

Price was good. And unit was spacious. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and helpful.

To use the fireplace there was a $75 cleaning fee. This was not document at time of booking. I think the fee is too high. This was too bad because the fireplace was one reason I booked the room but I did not use it because I didn't want to paid the high cleaning fee.

The movie channels in the rooms don’t work, every channel had constant static except one channel. I wasn’t aware that having the fire place lit was at an additional price, that was not stated before I booked the room. The fireplace was the only reason why I booked the room and did not know it wasn’t gonna be on. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, you could tell things were barely wiped down. Sticky stuff was on the walls. The floors looked dirty as well. I don’t think the price was worth the room.

The location was nice, I liked the separate bedrooms, and the bathtub. Loved the idea of the fireplace. Loved that they had a full kitchen because I was able to bake cookies for Christmas for my kids!

Gym was small, had to pay for parking. The log they gave us for the fireplace didn't burn well or long. The windows needed to be cleaned

The tv was placed a little too high for the location of the sofa. I got a bad crick in my neck before I realized the problem.

Housekeeping could have been better. When brought to the attn of the front desk they immediately explained how it will be addressed going forward. It is an older property.. very comfortable. No waffles that morning sadly but otherwise, good breakfast options.

Very nice, quiet, well kept and grounds were well maintained. Inside, it is a seasoned property..however well maintained. They accept pets, pet area kept up well, nice additional community yard that is pet friendly!

It was dirty. There was hair in the bathrooms and kitchen. The carpets were extremely dirty. There was three tvs but two remotes and they would change the channel for all the tvs at the same time. One bathroom the cold water knob was broken so you couldn’t wash your hands in that sink. The window seals were pretty gross thick black dust. The furniture was definitely worn out. Considering the price for one night it was a little disappointing.
