I think the makers of hotel fold out couches stick to the same playbook. Thin mattress. Huge back breaking bar across the middle of the fold out couch. Strange that they don't test this before selling it to the hotels. Breakfast was kinda weak. There was a loud group at the pool area late into the night that were drunk and annoying. I thought hotel staff would shut them down but didn't. Luckily thunderstorm cleared them out around midnight.

Clean room. We were able to check in early which was nice. Felt safe in the facility. Coffee was good and complimentary. Great value for 2BR suite with 2 bathrooms.

Nice clean and spacious room with full kitchen, comfortable bed, sitting area. I liked that it had a real fridge with freezer so I could refreeze the cold packs from our cooler. The breakfast had good variety including some healthier options like cooked oatmeal and good yogurt that a lot of places don't have. in general, it felt pretty upscale for the price.

Not a thing - if we return to Fort Worth this is our place to stay

The suite was spacious, allowing either of us to use the living room if they wanted to stay up late while other wanted to turn in. The staff at the front desk was very customer friendly and helpful. The breakfast (in terms of your normal hotel buffet-type breakfast) was well executed.

I had to retap the card every single time since it got disrupted even though i kept it in separate pocket then phone or credit cards. There was a red stain in the room on the day we arrived. Staff was nice to ask us to switxh rooms, but we didnt. I expect it to better cleaned though

The front desk morning attendant Bruce was very helpful, but Kyla, the evening attendant, was not so helpful. She seemed to be disturbed by being disturbed!

Breakfast was poor, missing food was not replenished. The parking lot is not safe no security cameras. The door key card for entering the stairwell and the restaurant are broken and have no function.

We travelled as a family and booked 2 rooms. The large double bed in each room was very comfy. Would have given a 10 out of 10 for comfort and stay except the sofa bed in the one room my adult son used was really uncomfortable with the stays in a strange position-but made slightly better on the second night by adding the mattress off the sofa bed in the other room we had to try and improve the thickness. There was a strange fishy smell from the kitchen sink of that room too. Hotel said would address both issues and to be fair when we did report the sofa bed on checkout they said could have moved us but we were out most of the time and wanted 2 rooms together. But I wouldnt let this put you off staying as it genuinely was a really nice clean new hotel.

Stayed 2 nights in January. Good location. Newly built hotel so all clean and well appointed. Rooms large with good kitchen facilities. Breakfast was very good. We all loved the pancake maker! Stayed here as was Rodeo weekend and all more central hotels really expensive and this was absolutely fine to travel to the town centre, Stockyards and Dickies Arena. Were several restaurants in walking distance. Reasonable price-certainly cheaper then central positioned hotels.

Each day had a different rate for our stay. This was not explained to us. One stay was 90 dollars, another day was 111 dollars and so forth. No came to clean our room during our stay.

My daughter found brown marks on her washcloth. I found hair in my washcloth and on the walls in the bathroom. The pillows offer no support and I woke up with a neck and back ache from trying. My husband got locked out of the building because the key card machine malfunctioned, turning green but not opening. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but in 40 degree weather, he was shivering by the time he actually got in. The front desk person ran a card I asked him not to, charging my bill to the wrong account. And lastly the breakfast was passable. There was no water to drink.

The amount of space provided was great. We had a two room suite and it was big enough for two adults and three children comfortably. The soundproofing between rooms was pretty good as well.
