My hotel room was next to a barking 🐕. They did let us exchange our room so we could sleep at night

Couldn’t use TV. Remote would not work. But also couldn’t change channels using controls on TV. Also annoying drip in tub. Toilet would not stop filling tank after flush. Minor things but annoying.

All was fine. Entire hotel was clean as was room. Just minor facility issues.

Room was not ready for use. There was a wet spot in the carpet and the mini fridge was not completely empty when we arrived.

Staff was great. Dan, the desk manager was professional and resolved the issue which arose during check-in.

Found leftover takeout box in 1 of the 2 rooms we had in the cabinet. Not a great first impression, however, staff took care of it promptly.

Room had a strange smell. Small tv that had to be reprogrammed to work. Floors in room and bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast was lacking to say the least. Ants on the breakfast counter. I let the staff know but nothing was ever done about it.

Staff was friendly. Room was quiet and felt safe. Beds were clean and comfortable. Towels were soft and clean.

This stay, no one came to tidy up our room. We had to go down to the front desk for clean towels. The toilet was getting disgusting. No one case to empty the trash. We asked for large black garbage bags for us to empty our trash and used grocery store bags in the garage cans in our room. I wanted coffee from down at the breakfast and the coffee pots and all were gone. And was not returned when we left the hotel for the day. And it was within the hours for breakfast. Our TV didn’t work on our check in night, 2 employees couldn’t fix it. We were offered an upgrade room but when we entered it, it wasn’t cleaned. Even though in the computer it said it was. Very disappointing visit this time 🥲

The room wasn't clean in any way shape or form. My 3yr old while playing on the floor pulled wut ended up being another person's dirty sock from the side of the bed!! NOT AT ALL SOMETHING EXPECTED FROM ANY ESTABLISHMENT CARRYING THE "WYNDHAM" NAME BRAND.

The free breakfast was Good enough to make a turd... Probably the best part of the whole stay. The ppl weren't always in ur way and except for check in I never was bothered the entire stay. Even checked out at noon

not as clean as it should have been. Found a pair of socks in the bathroom and an almost empty bottle of tea in the living room that the cleaners missed. The couch was pretty stained and could have used a good cleaning. we stayed there several days and had to specifically request a change of towels.

hotel was in a convenient location and had nice large suite type rooms. fridge and microwave were nice touches.

The bathroom light was so dim it was like a nightlight, the refrigerator knob was gone so we had to request it fixed the guy was there immediately to fix it and very nice. There was also a hole in ceiling where a light was removed and the plastic plate and wires were all there. the dust ruffle on both beds had something on them. Also huge holes in the parking lot!

The location was great. The staff were all so kind! going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The beds were very comfortable!

trash outside overflowing. outside lighting was poor…seems they just need to replace some bulbs. Our hallway was also dark with multiple overhead lights not working. our room also needed bulbs replaced.
