The shuttle was still not available to every guest depite it sitting there for hours not moving. Tv channels were bare minimum. Our room was basically tidied up. Found a bandaid in the bed. Food particles on the chair & didn't smell fresh. Outdated.

Bathroom did not have exhaust. There was no switch for it and there was not a duct for it. I could see some fungus on the ceiling of the shower. Please check. I think it is not according to codes! The shampoo bottle was empty when I wanted to use it during shower.

Our room window curtain had red stuff on it that appeared to be blood. The shower curtain did not close all the way, leaving water on the floor. The pool area was very bad, with the walls falling apart from the floor till about 3 feet up the wall. (All the way around the whole pool) Hot tub was not available and the restaurant was closed. ( still, I was here 3 years ago, and the restaurant was closed then. Maybe remove it from what is available when people are looking to book a room.)

Although the room was clean it seems to be very dated . The snack section they had down in the lobby was extremely limited which was disappointing . We had to drive down to a gas station to get something besides diet soda .

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The check-in and check out was easy and fast . They also let us check in early which was super awesome . The room was very clean .

They didn’t tell me over the phone that the restaurant wasn’t open, it was getting renovated .When I asked where could we get breakfast they didn’t know at the desk .It was 4 adults in one room we came in for a funeral when I called and asked for face towels Saturday so we could get ready I never got 1

The kitchen is NEVER open. This was my second stay and there was no hot food which is very disappointing. Very hesitant to stay for my third business trip.

The room was clean, but one of the lamps would only flicker. Additionally, the reason that we picked Sonesta was for the added benefit of having a restaurant on site (for a meeting) and a hot tub. The restaurant was not open due to staffing issues, and the hot tub has been out of service for several months apparently. I understand both of these issues, but I would not have booked there if I had known this ahead of time.

Services and amenities ended up not being available. Based on the info sheet we got at check in, we expected to be able to have a shuttle take us somewhere at 9:15am on Sunday. However, it turned out no one was available so we had to pay for ride share. While the restaurant and hot tub weren't available, we ended up not needing them. Having options for pillow thickness would have been great. As a stomach sleeper, the pillows were too thick & I slept without one.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed that the shower heated up quickly & water pressure was sufficient (which isn't always the case). I liked having the coffee bar available as a backup to the coffeemaker in the room.

It was the middle of a snowstorm and there wasn’t many places to park. The room didn’t have a refrigerator and the bed sheets and the chair were stained. The remote was dirty I was disappointed with the cleanliness

Curtains at the window were torn. Curtain in the shower was too short. Wood furniture had lots of nicks and scratches. TV wasn’t working in my room. Had to have staff come up to reconnect it properly.

Close to Froedtert Hospital, staff was friendly.
