The TV was set up weird. There was pet hair all on the couch and tub was filling up with dirt. Talk to the staff and they was very helpful and accommodating with the issue.

Neither the TV nor the Internet worked in the room, requiring multiple calls and efforts to start both. I would have gone without TV had the Internet worked and vice versa. However, neither worked and it required me calling an 800 number to connect to the Internet. Both of these inconveniences marred an otherwise comfortable stay.

Had driven to D.C. area from out of town planning to visit Arlington National Cemetery. Hotel was located within a moderately brisk walking distance from the Cemetery. A Bonus was the Hotel management's permission to leave my car in the underground parking after I checked out. I was able to walk to and from Arlington as a result.

I was booked there for 5 nights. After three nights with no maid service, I finally asked at the front desk, and they sent someone to drop off clean towels and empty the trash. I had been promised a balcony when I made the reservation. My room did not have a balcony, and they said there was none available when I inquired after seeing my room. My bill for 5 nights was almost $1,000. I paid it with no complaints, but that seems very high for a rather ordinary room, one maid visit in 5 days, and no free breakfast.

The location was convenient for my needs. The lobby area was pleasant.

long waiting time at reception, only one receptionist. the payment 100$ has been taken twice from my Card.

I should have been told when booking that I would need to pay extra for parking each day.

This hotel was very nice and clean. It is in a great part of town and close to a metro station for easy access to tourist locations. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well it took awhile to get a blanket the same young lady never brought up the blanket..so well call an hour later her coworker answered the phone..was brought up in 5 mins..that was the only thing,but yeah..have to get that together..

This is my 7 time staying so I've been here before,I see it I has a new staff member..she needs to know somethings about the place,but hopefully she will get it together

Decor a little dated. Hotel is along the Ronald Reagan Airport flight path. We did not have any trouble with jet sound, though a light sleeper might. Parking in the building's basement involves an upcharge, to be expected.

Great location, a short walk to Public Transportation, convenient to downtown Washington DC. Many decent food choices nearby. Helpful staff, clean, comfortable and secure room.

There is no microwave in the room, only in the cantina in the lobby. There was not much of a selection in the cantina. Eateries were not very close by to walk to. There is no breakfast served during the week.

Location to Georgetown was good. The rooms were neat and clean and updated. I had an issue with some tiny ants and they offered to move me immediately. There is a nice sized garage under the hotel.

Negatives: not use to urban Reagan plane traffic, fire station nearby; morning lobby group coffee not maintained; for walkers everything is uphill!

Room representation as per photo. Sleeping was very good. Staff accommodating. Held bags after checkout, so we could continue our last day without luggage issues.
