Not enough parking spaces for all the rooms.

Close to KCI and a Waffle House. Great for early flights if you have to drive in from out of town.

Front desk gave me directions to my room which was 100% in the opposite direction of where I was told. Carried luggage a long way.

Would be nice if there was a breakfast served. Also, if a microwave was in the room.

Parking lot, THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE PARKING SPOT when I got there at night, I had to wait 30 minutes in my car for a parking spot.

The bathroom walls had something splattered on them behind the door. So easily could have been missed but the rest of the hotel room was clean.

Amazing place to stay for the value! The hot tub and pool was amazing. And the porch we could sit out and just relax was unexpected and so nice for us parents to enjoy some down time when the kids went to bed.

Baseball tournament with rude guests, one staff seemed inconvenienced by small demands like bedding for pull out and letting them know floor was wet etc. Cold breakfast was good. Would like to see other options like cereal for kids or even hot breakfast being offered for fee.

The quiet and peaceful location. Love the courtyard and outdoor patio Room was amazing and big! Loved the dual temperature controls (kids liked it 73 degrees parents room was a great 68!)

The only thing that I can say was negative is that the gas firepit in the courtyard didn't work. Certainly not a big deal, but it would have been nice.

The staff, especially the front desk was as friendly and helpful as I've ever had. It was very clean, and well kept. I really liked the courtyard area.

Location was convenient to the airport and close to a Cracker Barrel , Texas Roadhouse and Waffle House. Room was large and comfortable with microwave, fridge. Lobby was very spacious with lots of comfortable chairs and couches.

Parking was limited and lighting in the back was pretty dim. Breakfast was pretty awful even in hotel terms.

Location for softball tournament was good. Room was clean. Room was spacious.

We chose this hotel because of the pool. However, the pool was unusable due to a water leak and ensuing ceiling collapse.

The pool was under construction and the location is super far away from things. I wish it was closer to things but everything else was above and beyond my expectations!

Everything was clean and there was always someone at the front to help if we needed anything. I’m a type 1 diabetic and I ended up having low blood sugar while there. They have snacks and things to eat that helped me big time. My youngest is Autistic with epilepsy and bipolar so having a good variety of nutritionally varied snacks helped more than I realized it would. Everyone was good no matter what! So we didn’t have to worry about leaving the property or not having something I needed or one of my kiddos needed. The staff was amazing and made it so we could do early check in since I was exhausted from driving plus going to doctors appointments. I am Autistic myself and this was a place that helped me relax so much. My family’s needs were met, we had exceptional service from staff and it was clean on my level as a nurse and a medically complex person. You may drive further but hands down it’s worth it!

The pool was closed & that was the main purpose of renting that hotel. It also wasn’t very close to the things we were doing (my fault for not looking at location close enough).

Everyone was extremely nice! There was a mistake on the listing but they quickly made it right.

No hairdryer in the room. No continental breakfast. Biggest disappointment: I booked specifically for the heated pool and hot tub only to arrive later the same day and both were closed! No mention of this on the website at all.

The room was great! Comfortable bed and pillows.
