Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesCleanliness on outside of hotel (overflowing trash bins) and scattered trash in parking area, dirty sidewalk areas. Does not seem to be very well maintained. Inside hotel common areas seemed fine except for flooring and especially the carpeting. Lots of stains and didn't appear clean at all. I think a really good carpet cleaning or actually replacement is warranted.
Room was clean and comfortable but carpeting was questionable throughout entire hotel. The staff was great and accommodating to anything we asked for.

United StatesThe only dislike I had was an odd smell in the hallway our room was in. The carpet may have needed a cleaning, if not a room nearby.
I appreciated the accommodation of a larger shower for my height complication, as well as the temperature control in the rooms. Both were quite nice to have available. The snacks available in the lobby also made for a nice treat whenever needed.

United Statesi was charged twice because my reservation was denied first time and i had to make another reservation with another credit card. But in the end they both went through; so there were 2 reservations when I showed up they charge me once without mentioning anything. And behind my back they charged me a second time for"no show" which was not true. I called them but they have such a bad faith that i don't want to lose more of my precious time with SONESTA.
