I did not like that the stairs and elevator were very far from my room. The clerk instructed me where to park near the rear stairs and there was a maze of turns to get to my room. The next day I made my own discovery that there was indeed a staircase off the lobby making it much faster to get to my room.

I liked the size of my room and that it was very clean. I did not like the fact that a spotlight opposite my room kept me awake. There was no way to close my curtains to block it.

The shower-head water flow was weak. When you first enter the room you can smell cleaning solution. The bathroom could use a fan. There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling which could have been prevented by a fan.

The bed was comfortable & the room was clean. There were plenty of towels. The mini fridge came in handy.

Fitness center was too small. Doggie bags receptive was not replenished. No hot water in our first room. Had to change rooms on our last night. The room change should have been offered the first night not “run water for 20 minutes “.

Very clean. Pet friendly! Staff were nice and informative. Hot tub was great and clean.

The pressure of the hot tub wasn’t very much, the pictures in booking of the “restaurant” were deceiving. The fire pit couldn’t get working.

No instructions on policies. Was a complimentary but limited, breakfast available? Where could I get a cup of coffee and refills in the morning?! Were any newspapers for sale? There was a creepy-crawler found on the couch in my room that quickly ran between the cushions—when I reported it I was told that the first floor gets a lot of insects. It was smaller than a roach, perhaps larger than a bed bug, but was it a beetle, or large cricket.

The Continental Breakfast was Great, Convenient and Stocked!!(Starbucks Coffee, as well!!) The Lobby is so “up-beat,” Beautifully designed and had A lot of room(square footage)! It was Comfortable..Quite Relaxing!!! They have an “S-shaped, Gorgeous, heated pool, half the “s” is an “outside pool,” with a Huge pool/patio area with lounge chairs and tables and a separated, Huge Fire pit, which is Connected to the other “s” shape of the pool, Indoors. They are just “divided,” at the top of the indoor pool’s Enclosed porch, with see through plastic!! There’s a big Hot-tub next to the “Indoor” side of the pool!! It’s Unbelievably Unique!! Very Clean!!!

The price and I didn’t like the ide that animals were aloud at the hotel. A guest dog came out of their hotel room and started barking at me as I walked down the hall that was a shocker.

I don’t believe the value was worth it. Only paid that amount of $400 because it was a holiday would’ve expected a nicer hotel, especially with the brand name Sonesta.

The air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the room enough. Also, the water in the sink and shower did not drain as it should and would take awhile to drain .

Staff was very friendly (Jeff) The hotel has very nice smell when you enter and easy access to area where rooms are located.

WiFi and a provided breakfast. Better TV reception.

Room was very good. Staff were friendly. For the price some sort of breakfast should be provided. The Tv reception was spotty and the WIFi was non existent for Chrome books. Staff tried to help but to no avail.
