Rooms are clean and location is right outside airport, but not too noisy

Small things. The toilet paper holder was torn from the wall. The air conditioner made a lot of noise. The refrigerator smelled so bad I didn’t use it.

The entry key was a little tricky, A/c very high and didn’t realize I had to change the thermostat rather than at fan where air was blowing from.

The shower tub had a water mark. I thought ok it might be old. But then my husband went to take a shower and the tub was not draining and then long hairs started to come out the drain. That’s why there were water marks the drain was plugged up. Then I went to take a shower and there were hairs all over the shower curtains that the cleaning crew didn’t clean off. This made my skin crawl which then made me skeptical of the cleanliness of this hotel. Hard to sleep after this. In the morning when I was about to leave I found more things to just want me to get out of there even faster. There were hairs in the pillow cases and lipstick on the some of the towels and more hair. So now I can say they over stuff the washers and dryer and how clean are the linens and towels questionable.

The location and it has comfortable beds and pillows.

I got wrongfully charged $33 overnight, they said they made a mistake. Waiting for the return. Be aware.

Staff were friendly, parking was $18 and I knew about it in advance so, no big deal. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean as well as the bathroom.

No mini fridge in the rooms. This seems to be mostly due to their having a modest restaurant on site, but I couldn't eat their food because I have Gluten Intolerance (Celiac Disease). I'd love it if they either offered mini fridges so that people can store their gluten free food, or offered at least one gluten free option for dinner. Additionally, I was at the back of the building, right next to the freeway on-ramp, which progressively wore on me as my week went on. In the long term, I hope that the hotel puts up a sound wall to block the sounds of engines revving up and tires squealing.

The friendly, helpful staff. The pool and small gym. It's convenient to have a Sonesta hotel so close to the Airport without airport noise.

Paying for parking but I think all hotels charge and it was cheaper than others.

Everything was pleasant and room perfect for my needs. Enjoyed my stay.

The elevator close to my room was broken during my stay. So I had to walk well out of my way to and from the car to the top level. If the elevator hadn't been broken, it would have been five stars.

Friendly agents at the front desk, and in housekeeping. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. My room overlooked the pool. The bed was surprisingly plush.

the room has motion sensor lights which are a nuisance during the night...if you go to the bathroom, there is no way to stop the lights from turning on which annoys others sleeping. This should have a way to be controlled by the guest.

It was a bit difficult to find the fridge it was a bit hidden behind the door inside a drawer, would have been nice with a sticker or something to easier find it.

Long walk to the room on a busy street, so a lot of road noise on the 4th floor. Paid breakfast was disappointing, expensive for that 2 inch microwaved sandwich.

Great hotel, you get a first class facility at good value.

Only complaint was that the Starbucks’ coffee in hotel lobby was awful!

Big, clean rooms and lobby. Very close to airport. Easy parking in hotel lot with no additional charge for parking. Front desk staff helpful and friendly.
