We stayed for a few hours as we had to catch an early morning flight. Tony from the reception was very friendly and picked us up from the airport past midnight, and dropped us back.

I tried to watch TV but it said no signal….it was late so I just went to bed; I suspect had I called the front desk they’d have helped me as the staff was very nice.

The property was nicely kept and very close to the airport. Room was very well set up with mini kitchenette, sitting room and bedroom. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had asked for a room on the upper floor and they actually had me booked on the 3rd floor. 24 hr shuttle was great as I needed a 5:30 am ride to airport. Since I left so early I did not get to sample the breakfast, but the breakfast area looked nice

The air conditioner made a lot of racket. It made for a rather listless night.

The front desk staff was professional. The shuttle to the airport was both convenient and flexible. We thought the lobby was quite nice. The rooms were clean and functional.

I tried to call the staff 3 to 4 hours ahead of time to do it early check-in. But they would not make it available to check in early. And the entrance road going into the hotel they were potholes going in.

There was not much cover on the bed. Just a thin blanket. Mechanicals were a bit noisy.

Front desk staff person was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Put out breakfast early as I had to leave early.

Be careful for the rather large pot holes in the street to get into the hotel, but I know that is a city issue rather than a hotel responsibility.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The property, lobby, and room were clean and very nice. We only needed a room to catch a very early flight the next morning, and not only was everything clean and comfortable, but the hotel even provided a free early morning shuttle ride to the airport and picked us up when we returned. We got a great deal and look forward to staying with them again the next time we fly out of Tucson.

Requested clean towels, empty garage and toilet needed checking. Never happened. Maybe old fashioned but still like rooms too be cleaned everyday.

Rooms are outdated: room smells very old (like mildew and urine), walls need to be cleaned and repainted, and carpet needs to be deep cleaned or replaced soon

Only one face (wash) and the room was clean but very worn No working fan in the bathroom m, bare light bulbs with no covers , cracked tiles and old shower curtains a very old, worn and depressing bathroom But we were just there for one night

Reasonable selection for breakfast and ready early to grab something when you have an early departure. Close to the Airport (we dropped a rental at the Airport and walked to the hotel!).

Staff seemed somewhat noncommittal. The hotel is probably understaffed. Grease stain on room window. Trash can missing in the room; not provided after request.

No bathroom counter is an inconvenience for even a solo traveler never mind a couple with a female on crutches and in wheelchair, a spouse with a nebulizer. Getting into bathroom with wheelchair had to be precise with the bed in front of the door. NOT DISABLITY FRIENDY bathing, tub no low rise walk in. No Ice machines, front desk gave out a ziploc bag of ice. 1 trash can for the room. Had to unplug light to turn off as switch didn't work. Front desk missed wake up call to pick up spouse on crutches at the airport arriving just after midnight, whom sat at curb side 30 extra minutes making calls to hotel room ( took 2) for hard of hearing husband to waken. Continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs I experienced. But to add scrambled with additives...not so much. No fresh fruit...at all.

Cleanliness was the only number 1 overall positive. Staff seemed friendly.
