The place was disgusting, guess service 0 and booking refuse to refund my money I went to a different hotel the hotel small badly I wouldn't wish this place on my enemies.

Nothing stay clear of this nasty place

Everything! Receptionist was dressed like a lady of the night, hallways Stunk bad, rooms filthy, tub did not drain. They don’t even vacuum the hallways! Doors falling off in kitchen, disgusting carpet in rooms. Stay clear of this place!!!!! Filthy!!!

the rooms are in woeful conditions. for the price you pay, you're better of staying at the nearby Best Western or Hampton Inn. The place is in dire need of a major renovations. Sheets and flooring were filthy to the point sticky. Non smoking rooms smelled of smoke and was only given a spray bottle by housekeeping to spray around the room. Kitchenette was falling apart as the cupboard doors were coming off. the air-conditioning to the room was just a hole in the wall with some ducting resulting in the room feeling warm.

No breakfast provided. On a dead end road. Located within a couple of minutes of major highway and shopping. The staff were polite.

The entrance was difficult to enter especially for handicapped patrons. There wasn’t a typical front lobby and so patrons were quite congested. I had to ask for sheets for the additional bed. Carpets and floors needed cleaning. There several cut holes in the ceilings. Not sure why.

The property needs better tv channels on tv and the room should get more towels and everything depends on your visit !

The pictures shown on the website and in real has a vast difference. The hotel was very dirty. Floor was literally sticky. Inside the room cups plates were dirty. Complained to the concierge they mentioned they will clean it and change the room but they didn’t. The corridor was very dirty as well. Dirty towels were kept side of the concierge’s main desk. I will not recommend anyone staying here. With that price money people can find better hotels. Deceiving part was pictures. That’s why I booked the place.

The pictures do not represent the facility. The room now thoroghly clean, dust, and some food traces. Dirty bathtub, bad smells in the hotel, air is "stuffy" my wife was itchy and we ended not sleeping there, we left in the middle of the night to a better hotel. All these can be fixed with some effort from the business.

Very comfortable bed and the full kitchen with icemaker was handy.

No milk to make tea none available even in the shop. No shampoo - I had to ask at the desk. No hot water in the shower at all - when I asked they told me the handle was on backwards and to turn it to cold but I got nothing but very lukewarm shower, no matter which way I turned it. No one at all available at the front desk at the 11:00 checkout time. Several others had been waiting there for ages. I had to just leave the card but had wanted to leave my bags. I didn't like having an unfrosted window that looked right out to the parking lot. I couldn't open the curtains at all.

Well the place was smelly and old! When I did the check-in for my son, I thought that in first place, it was nice until I walked down the hall it looked bad. When I got to the room, there was a number missing from the wall for the room. When I went inside, it had a musty smoke smell, and the "sleeper sofa" which they had ran out of sheets for it and there was NO mattress on it so I bought a cot over for my granddaughter to sleep on. Also, Saturday morning at 7 am there was hammering and drilling. I personally would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

The whole place had a musty smell. My room reaked of musty smells. The photos of the place make it look nice but it’s an old tv, bed was hard as a rock, shower head was gross, the tub drain was gross, didn’t look like someone scrubbed the toilet clean & the fridge sounded like it was going to die.

One girl working at the front desk - wrote down on a napkin what we took from the grab and go - no idea if it was accurate because I got billed $50 without a breakdown. I called downstairs for towels (there were none in the room when we arrived) and was told they don’t have anyone to bring them up so I could come down and get them. Asked if they had on-site laundry and was told that the dryer went on fire the night before and they had no additional services to offer. It was just a poor experience overall. For $150 a night, I would expect there to be towels in the room or available. After going downstairs to get towels, I was told they didn’t have any. How does a hotel operate without towels. I’d like someone to reach out to me. I would have stayed elsewhere if I was informed that there was no towels, service, or laundry. I’d also like a breakdown of my bill since I was charged $50 for a mini pizza, toothpaste, and laundry detergent.

Quiet and clean room

The hallways and elevator were dirty. Looks like no one has vacuum or mopped or wipe down walls. Only the common areas were not clean. Maybe it was too early and they may not have gotten to it yet.

Dirty lobby, dirty elevator, wrong room . potato peelings in sink, smoke smell pot, we had to leave. Next room not vacuumed. Oh my God.

The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable and helpful

They booked us in a room that the air conditioner was not working at 10:00 p.m. at night
