There was a smell (musty) throughout the property. There was an old water stain on the ceiling of our room. There was a hole in the closet door. The carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty, and the floor was sticky. Overall, it's not a good experience. It has a lot of potential to be a great hotel. it just needs some major improvement.

The recliner was broken and busted. No one could sit in it, and it looked nasty. The walls had dents on several walls in the room. There were no cups in the room. In front of the door was a large stain that looked like vomit.

My fire alarm in my room was dangling from the ceiling, I found some bugs on the walls which freaked me out but then I realized the window was left open from the person before so maybe they came in that way? Mix of updated stuff with outdated appliances does not look nice. Tv didn’t work in the room. You also lost my reservation from an online site so I had to cancel that and rebook through you which cost me extra money. And the front desk was closed in the morning when I got down there despite you having “24 hour service” so it was annoying when I needed to check out

Kitchen was not equipped with utensils or pans, the hallways are not clean, the rooms were not cleaned.. cleaning personnel barely came

Serious need of some renovations. Don't book this place with high expectations. You get what you pay for. This place is good if you are stopping in the for night or just have to some private adult fun.

Right off the freeway so everything in the surrounding area is convenient as far as food and getting other necessities. Staff was very nice.

The door key had a glitch causing problems to get in & out. The room wasn’t clean. The heater blew cool-warm air while set on heat. The water temperature was cool for bathing. The bed was hard as a rock. 1 of the light bulbs didn’t work. The remote to the tv in the bedroom didn’t work.

On the booking website it say pay at property. My card was charged when making the reservation. They don’t have an attendant at the desk. They have a sign to call a number if you need help. My room didn’t have towels, dusty , soap dispenser are empty in shower and I seen bugs in bathroom and the baseboards of the doors and rooms need wiping down and painted. It was ok for a night but just didn’t have a safe feeling.

I was on the 1st floor so the people over me were loud and kids were jumping and running most of the night. When I checked in the dish washer was going so it made the room hot and the overhead light didn't work and maintenance was gone for the day so I was without the light.

Location was great, on the down side, people live there now so people were hanging out on the outside with a loud speaker and police were called for people that would not leave for checking out.

I didn't like the fact there was no shower chair so I could take a shower, I am handicap and get around in a wheelchair. I booked the room through Accessablego.com/Booking.com and was told there would be a shower chair in our bathroom. Our first night there was Friday night and my husband wanted to take a shower after a long day at Comerica Park. My Husband ended up taking the refillable bottles for shampoo and conditioner down to the front office only to be told " We don't do that, house keeping does that", So I got on Door Dash and Ordered body wash and shampoo. The room was dirty accept for the bedding, Floors needed to be swept and mopped, the shower faucet was broken, the smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling by its wires and the lamp next to the bed was just hanging off the light. I found wrappers in the recliner seat area down the sides, the dishwasher that was in our room what filthy on the outside, I didn't bother looking at the inside because we didn't use it, there was no coffee in the room by the coffee pot, there were no hand towels or shower matt- there was only 2 wash cloths and 2 small body towels, and one roll of toilet paper with the wrapper still on it. The Dresser, the first drawer had about 2 dozen rubber bands in it. The bed was so very uncomfortable especially for people who have a bad back, My husband and I felt we had been beat up after sleeping in the bed one night but sleeping in it for 2 was just not ideal.

I liked the assistant manager, She was always so friendly and helped my husband when he took our shampoo and conditioner bottles down to be filled on Sat morning because staff wouldn't fill it the night before.

Very noisy Lights did not work in the kitchen or by the bed. No one at the front desk. No phone service had to call out to call into the front desk. No one to answer. No one cleaned the room, no change of tiles. No one to give us a receipt as to our billing. At the front desk, waited for 45 minutes, no one came. Very, very disappointed in the room, the rates and the whole experience.

The pictures online were nothing like the actual hotel, except for the fact that it had kitchenette, main room and bedroom. The hallways were dirty, smelled like SMOKE, couldn't get into the room. NO TP OR TOWELS IN BATHROOM. The bathroom mirror looked like it had been wiped with a dirty cloth. We turned around a left. I called the manager in the am to see if we could get a refund and she said she would get back to us but never did, however we do see she must have given us some refund for our second night, so that was a relief and we are thankful.

Christopher at the front desk was kind...but he couldn't help us with cancelling when the place was unacceptable.

Looks like hotel don't put enough into their rooms. I had no towels, no tissue and no shower curtain. I had a kitchen unit and a open mountain dew was left in the fridge and a frozen butterball turkey was in the refrigerator. The bathroom had hair around the toilet and some other stuff. Many light switches was not working. Staff started knocking on door and attempting to come in 2hrs before check out. I will not be going back

Blood stain on sheet and bed cover, took 4 times asking to get this fixed, when fixed still has a blood stain on the bed cover, so only the sheet was replaced. That's incredibly gross. Mystery liquid stains on photo next to bed. halls smelled.. Not great. Floors felt dirty after a shower, so I suspect very few and far between mop jobs. Random specs of dirt on many surfaces. I understand staffing is likely an issue, pay people more so you're not selling low quality rooms for good quality prices.
