We loved the space, everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is actually set up more like a resort. Basketball, pool, and workout room in the center of the property.

No elevators. We requested an accessible unit because we had my elderly parents, but upon check-in, we were told they were sold out... even though it was available when I booked. My mom was limited to the number of times she came out because of the steps. Breakfast was also too short. 7-9 during the week, when on vacation isn't enough time. Especially when the pancake machine always had a long line and had to be refilled constantly in the middle of the line. The poor worker couldn't keep up. She needs assistance when busy. Had these 2 things not been issues, I would have given a 10.

Conveniently located, swimming pool and gym in good status

Room was not properly cleaned (grease in the kitchen, dirty carpet, forgotten objects behind the sofa…) and smelled quite bad

Spacious room with everything you need, great facilities (lovely pool, gym, bbq) and the staff were really helpful. It was much nicer than we expected for a side of the road place! Looked like it was great for families - we saw lots of big groups enjoying the pool and bbq, it was a nice vibe.

The breakfast was ok, it was nice that you can grab stuff to take back to your room but it means it's all pretty low quality stuff and it's a bit of a free for all with kids running around putting 15 pieces of toast on their plates etc. But still perfectly edible and a decent selection.

The first floor is problematic without lift if one has heavy luggage.

It was very clean and peaceful me and my friendly enjoyed ourselves we will come back again the front desk check in receptionist mi mi was very helpful and very polite thank you again

Smelly room 0 !!!! Care for your needs. Highly not recommended. Bad stuff! Lame breakfast.

Check in for 4 hours. Terrible service.
