The outside of the building doesn’t look very welcoming, could definitely use some upgrades inside and outside of the building. Our room was nice overall, the lighting fixture in the bathroom was held together with electrical tape. The floors were a bit dirty, we traveled with our toddler, her feet and her shorts were black from being on the floor.

We liked that everything was close together. Some other places in that area have their check in office in 1 location and then you have to either walk a distance or drive around to your room.

The bathroom shower was crazy. It was a disabled room yes, what we needed but there was only one hand towel and one bath towel and no bath mat. Besides this, the shower when it was running gets the entire bathroom floor wet there was no curtain. And you could slip very easily. Besides the fact there was no bath mat. Even if there was one it would have got soaked.

Didnt have the breakfast it was kind of far from our room and I was with a disabled person and a pet so it didnt work out for us.

maintenance could use some attention, obvious damage not repaired or not professionally done. lots of people smoking weed which permeated the halls/ rooms, and someone threw at the door....and it sat there

We had to use the provided plunger for the toilet and plunger was substandard. Could have used plastic cups in bathroom. Night light on microwave did not work to provide night light in suite.

The property smelled like cigarettes. It was hot and stuffy in the rooms, and I started coughing from the time I walked in the building. Our room looked dingy, there were spots of mold in the bathroom in the shower. The toilet was not cleaned properly. the hotel is outdated and needs to be upgraded, the kitchen area was nice.

The first room they put us in the tv was broke and there was old moldy food in the sink drain and the sheets on the pullout couch where very dirty with crumbs on them but when I complained they quickly moved me to a new room which was perfect and clean

Whole property smelled a bit musty The front of the kitchen cabinets were sticky, but otherwise the room was clean. I was only there for one night, if my trip had been longer I think I'd have liked it less.

It was fine, bed was comfy and the room was mostly clean. It was nice to have a real fridge, I wasn't there long enough to use anything else. Met a cute dog in the hallway, so that was nice

I always clean again when I arrived the only problem was that the back of the door had fingerprints that looked like dried ketchup. And the people upstairs walked very hard all night I didn't go to sleep until 2am am they woke me up at 6am making noise again.

The price and location was amazing. The room was cleaned to a certain degree.

Bathroom was very dated. There were no stoppers for either the sink or the bathtub. I forgot to bring a comb, and the front desk had no toiletries to even sell.

It is a stretch to call it a suite. It would have been very difficult to prepare any type of meal in the kitchenette.

Cleaning lady had a bad attitude for having to clean room. She didn’t clean room at all. Just replace towels. No tissue, soap, left mirrors dirty and didn’t mop or vacuum.

Room was not as expected. The nightstand hasn't been cleaned in months. The bathroom vent was off with dust falling out. In addition, around the toilet was soiled No working phone in the unit. Submitted an inquiry and never received a response.Also, there was only one cart for the entire building to carry your luggage to the room

The location is good. Close to restaurants and movie theater. Multiple hotels within the vicinity. Plenty of free parking.

The hallways and rooms smelled of smoke, even though it said it was a smoke- free hotel. Also the elevator was really hot. The room was a good size and the staff was friendly. The room showed a lot of wear and tear on the furniture and walls. Remotes didn’t work and the phone to call the front desk wasn’t working so we had to go down.
