The hallway could have used a vacuum. The fan in our bathroom was loud.

Although right in the city and near the airport it was very quiet!! We did not hear a door slam, no hallway noise and almost no traffic noise. Very quiet.

The room was appointed with a mattress on a low steel frame without a box spring. It was about 12-15”off the floor and very difficult for a 70 and 80 year old with arthritis to get in and out of. Second, the metal frame was larger than the mattress and due to how crowded the walking space was around the bed, was a safety hazard. My partner did hit his ankle on the sharp corner. The space between the wall and the bed was about 4’ but a large chair was positioned in that space leaving only 12” to maneuver. Why didn’t we move it you might ask, well it was needed to help get us up from the low bed. The lamp with the round table was damaged and did not have a level surface, so the person on that side of the bed could not put their glasses and phone on it without them sliding off. Later, when questioned about these things, we were told it was an ADA accommodation. I am a nurse, and that room mattress and spacing was not ADA compliant. There was no way a wheel chair could have moved around the bed as it was.

I didn’t like about the property that it could use a little more cleaning in the hallways. The bed was a bit squeaky.

The property was close to restaurants and shopping.your getting a good value for your money and hotel has everything you need.

Shady businesses conduct on parking fees. It was not disclosed in booking process. It was only told after checking in and was deducted from the security deposit.

There were insects coming out from the sink. Room service suddenly stopped starting Nov. 18 until Jan. claiming they wanna give staff time to spend with their family. There’s a bad smell in the hallways.

The room is spacious and has all necessities. The location is fine for AZ.

It's hard to get into the lobby with luggage and I had to go around the corner to get a cart and then that was difficult without automatic doors.

I checked out early, due to work conference and didn't have the breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I had a little drywall or water damage next to the shower. But overall the rooms are clean and maintained. Some rooms have been renovated but I wanted the first floor for easy access to my car.

The staff is very helpful and nice. All the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The laundry room is very clean and affordable prices for laundry. The parking lot is safe and well maintained.

Did not likes: 1. no breakfast. 2. on demand housekeeping only. 3. No attendant when I departed. 4. Lamp metal table not cleaned (photo #1) 5. Dishwasher handle knob broken off but was able to use it. 5. Sink fake front was off and just bearly on. Not good if you are someone in there 70's, no car traveling alone!! Restaurants are at least 4 blocks away and after mid May it sis too hot to walk.

Quite, noticed a few people long term that gave my unopened food to like room 112. Lady said she did not know how long she was going to be there. Pool area is clean, nice bath towela. This is full studio apt with your own cooking utensils for 2 people. Use InstaCart for quick grocery delivery or Fry's about 3 blocks away.

Strong smell of urine in one of the halls in the first floor. It appears to be pet friendly though. Once in room, smell does not go in.

Comfortable beds and location is great for moving around in your car.

The lightning in the room was bad. The room itself is dated. The shower needs an update since I had little pressure and the shower head needs maintenance. My room floor was dirty. The AC unit is very noisy. The fridge's condenser turns on multiple times and wakes me up. The provided towels are certainly clean, but reek of bleach. The common area smell humid due to the pool and there's a generic stench throughout the hallways.

The location is excellent, near a main street and also near a freeway. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. The common areas are well lit. The parking is big and a huge bonus if one has a car. My bed was well made and very clean. The AC is very effective, though quite noisy.

Old hotel and not a great neighborhood.
