Disappointed, with coffee machine in laundry area , not kept . No coffee or supplies. Had a night with disrupting people. But overall a pleasant hotel.

Shower! Plenty of hot water but poor pressure because there was more water coming out of the spout than the shower head!!! Missing light bulbs Old hotel, needs remodeled No ice or amenities of any kind.
Bed comfortable; A/C works well.

A/c didn't work well. Temp gauge not correct. Sheets had stains. Not clean all the way, dust and dirt on shelves.
Good size kitchen and right of the highway.

Even though the desk attendant was very nice, I was very uncomfortable that he said my room number aloud with others standing within hearing distance.
It's a quick, quiet place to stay the night for a last-minute meeting. The place was clean.

Elevator wasn’t working a few days. People put mats in the exterior doors, keeping them open for anyone to get in.
Vending machine. Exercise machines. Kitchen in room. Plenty of parking. Mexican restaurant close. Silverware provided.Nice staff. Clean towels. Vending machines were stocked

Nothing really.
The staff make you feel welcome and are very helpful, Deal with any issues promptly. The room was clean, kitchenette equipment all works. I feel very safe and meets my needs. Good value for the money.

My moms room had no coffee with the coffee pot in her room and my cousin had not one cup or glass in hers. When she contacted the front desk he told her to come down and get a cup from the community coffee area. She said she was indisposed at the moment and could he please bring a couple up so she and her husband could drink some water? He didn’t like it but he did bring up two paper cups…they said thank you and he didn’t respond. If this is a long term facility I would hate to be stuck in a room with no cups or glasses if I found myself in need of staying for awhile. Don’t want to put him out while he’s on duty… however morning lady at desk when we checked out was pleasant.

The location is close to the highway and near Wichita State University which made it convenient for my purposes. There are a lot of shopping and dining options close by as well.

Maid service only once during my nine days at hotel. Came in and changed bed linens and towels but didn't clean bathroom, vacuum or anything else. After a week the room needed it.Very disappointed. Also saw cockroaches first morning I awoke. So gross. I complained and was comped one night but didn't make up for it, IMO. The free coffee/tea machine space was often very messy. Sugar spilled on floor and counter. It was a while before they cleaned it up.
.This is a suite hotel where you have accommodations to prepare your own meals. Comfy pillows and bed. Had most utensils in kitchen. Front desk promptly replaced anything you asked them to. Decent shower. Room is very large with nice layout.

Where to start? The mirrors had smears on them both. There was a sheet of ice on the bottom of the refrigerator. There was blue stuff on so many surfaces, from the bathroom door, the backsplash, the outside of the refrigerator, inside the freezer, etc. There were bits of what appeared to be Fritos and other things on the bathroom floor and in the toilet. The pillows and comforter appeared to be down-filled, and one of our party is allergic. Fortunately we brought our own pillows, but never thought about bringing blankets. There ws an empty frame above the desk/table, by the television. It would have been nice to have a mirror there so my wife could have sat to put on her makeup, rather than having to stand in the bathroom. We visit Wichita regularly to see our kids and grandkids, and we had hoped that this hotel would be a good place for us to stay when we do. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it will be.
The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have an ice maker. The staff was very friendly.

bathroom light didn't work, clock didn't work (later found unplugged), rust all over light fixtures. This hotel had great ratings, was super disappointed!
