There are a few things that make the property less than ideal. It is an efficiency, rather than a one bedroom The unit is in the basement with no real view of the outside, only a view of a window well filled with gravel. Also, the bed is accessible from only one side. The other side is very close to the wall. Because we spent a good bit of time with outside activities, it was acceptable for two nights, but I would not book for a longer stay unless I stayed on the upper level in a one bedroom with access to the outside.

There is so much to like about this property. The interior furnishings are fresh, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well- appointed. The location is excellent, minutes from Monticello and downtown Charlottesville. The host is extremely helpful and responsive.

This is a wonderful property; and I had an exceptional stay. It is very easy to drive into Charlottesville from this location; as well as to access shopping locations.

The property was beautiful (like new) and had Everything you could ever want in a room, including a full size fridge, bottled water, coffee, dishes, glasses, utensils, nice towels and washer/dryer. The privacy was very good as was security.

The unit has no windows, but not a deal breaker.

Studio was adorable and super clean. We were only there literally to sleep - wish we could have had more time to sit outside, it is very pretty. We'll be back!

This great place surprised my husband and I. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine ,a very clean well put together room, very private and accommodating stay. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you so much

The room we chose did not have a view but we will return and stay in a different room. We weren't in the room long enough for the view the bother us as the grounds themselves are excellent. It rained while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit or outdoor grill.

Everything appears recently updated. It felt more like home with all of the amenities with the exception of a stove. It is centrally located to many restaurants and wineries. The owner responded promptly. The grounds are well kept. We will definitely stay there again.

People staying above us were very loud. The walls must be thin because we could hear them walking around. Owner couldn’t have any control over this, but maybe remind them of people staying below them. Thanks!

New fav spot to stay in Charlottesville! Vipul left us everything we needed, even a bottle of wine and coffee! Room was clean and comfortable, just enough space for two. Quick uber ride to downtown, check in/out was super easy. We will be back. Thanks Vipul!

On the 4th day, someone else checked in above me and it/they were very noisy both late at night and early in the morning. I was unable to reach dishes on the top shelf. The shower curtain was cheap and did not do the job of keeping water in the stall. No heat in the bathroom and it was cold. The driveway was very narrow and steep.

The unit has supplies that you need to live in a studio for a few days. It had washer and dryer which I used to wash clothes. It had a sofa to sit on which was comfortable. The first 3 days were very quiet and I was able to sleep and rest. The towels were very nice.

Confusion of how to get in. We did figure it out and it was our error. Just would be nicer to have those directions separately.

It was so clean and welcoming. Wish more of these existed in other locations we travel to. We were in town for doctors at UVA and it was the perfect place to stay.
