Patio area and cold ac

There is no variety in breakfast

Well kept property very nice staff.

Very clean rooms and new design, I preferred to stay here rather than a standard hotel. Great AC and great buffet breakfast included.

If our small room had a sofa, it would’ve been perfect.

Room comfortable, clean, quiet. Breakfast was nice. Free parking and daily drinks included was a nice perk.

Bar closed early. Safe in room didn't work.

The room was an absolute gem. Cozy, cool, clean, spacious bathroom, mini fridge and accessories; the whole 9 yards. The location is amazing. An amazing historic villa, 100 feet from the Southernmost point, plenty of beaches and shops around. Literally everything you can possibly need is within walking distance. The breakfast was another hit. They serve it until 10 am, which is later than most places I have been to. The selection is awesome, and the quality was high, and if you want there is also a food truck that makes some bomb Cuban specialties. Lastly you get 2 drink vouchers a day which you can use at the little kiosk on the property. Ask the bartender for his screwdriver with coconut rum and grenadine, trust me.

There was an room in the dependance

We enjoyed every part of our trip! Our cottage was clean, beautiful and comfortable! We looked forward to coming back to our room every day we were at the resort! Breakfast was delicious, always plenty to eat when we arrived, and being able to take outside to one of the umbrella tables was perfect. All staff was attentive, friendly and helpful with any questions that we may have had. Our arrival was late, but arrangements were made in order for us to find and access our room with ease. Fresh roses waiting for us upon arrival that were freshened throughout our stay. This is a location we will come back too, as well as recommend to friends. Thank you for making our first visit to Key West one we will treasure.

We were truly more than satisfied with our stay. The only thing that would have been nice would have been the bar being open later than 7pm. There were places directly across the street, so finding something was not an issue, we simply enjoyed being at our location-so lovely.

An amazing place. Great room.

Location and style

Blowing too early in the morning at 7 am on a Sunday is a bad idea. No resting time really. Also light on the porch is too bright at night so light coming through the top window makes the room not as dark for resting at night

Excellent location Staff were very helpful.& friendly Free drink voucher per afternoon Proper cutlery & crockery & not plastic Scramblers eggs, sausage, hash browns & gravy amongst other items for breakfast & not just supermarket pastries like other places Room was lovely. Pool was a little warm but other wise, clean & comfortable Live music every afternoon was lovely Not a difficult walk into Duval

Loved the coconut king room, housekeeping, and staff.

Misinformed on website through booking.com about use of facilities at resort next door with same/similar name. Terrible smell from dredging of seaweed in public beach. Was not advised about this. very little opportunity to relax by the water. That was very disappointing.

Everything about the guest house was great, the beds were really comfortable, location was ideal just outside the very busy duval st, so wasn't noisy at nighttime, but easy walking distance if you fancy joining in.the Duval St nightlife.

Nothing negative, really enjoyed our stay, me the wife and our 13 yr old daughter

The breakfast was wonderful and the free parking was wonderful as well and how quiet and peaceful it is there
