    It was an ole stale smell and needed to raise windows and refresh. Mattress wasn't that great causing us to leave a day earlier.

    Location and access to stores close by.

    That they stated was on the 1st floor and ended up being on 3rd floor. Which messed with wifes knees causing them to give out on her and setting her back from her healing from surgery.

    Liked the quietness of place .

    The hot tub did not work. The indoor pool was not heated.

    3rd floor condo with no elevator. vacasa *overseas customer service team* we're incompetent, unprofessional and insensitive. We were not informed that the condo was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We spent 3.5 in a parking lot waiting for Vacasa customer service representative to help. My wife is disabled and cannot climb steps very well. Vacasa was of no help and offered $100 to stay in the condo. Maggie a US Vacasa customer service supervisor was curt, unprofessional and completely insensitive. It was obvious I was wasting her time and she did not care. The local Hilton Head rep called once and said he would have his boss call me back. That did not happen. This was our 45 year wedding vacation that turned out to be a nightmare from hell. We left the condo early and spent most of the time at a friends home. I would rate Vacasa's overseas customer service team and their supervisors as inept and robotic with no human emotion or feelings whatsoever. As a veteran and retired police chief .. and my wife a veteran and retired nurse we deserved better. Booking.com needs to confirm that all condo rentals list floor locations and whether there are accessible elevators. I rate the experience as a negative memory that we will never forget. In all I spoke with over 10 customer service representatives from all over the world and they all had one thing in common....gross incompetence. I would love to talk with an executive with booking com..... Things need immediate change
