This was my forth visit to the condo. I was there last year, and the third visit was for a weekend in January 2025. For the January 17-21, 2025, stay, there was only one roll of toilet paper on the toilet paper holder in each respective bathroom. Well, we ran out of toilet paper and had to run out to get same. Thinking it was just an oversight, but on this trip, again, only the 3 rolls (and not full rolls) in each bathroom and no additional rolls. Also, one roll of paper towels on each trip, But, I learned from the last trip and ensured that I had plenty toilet paper and paper towels. I checked some of my other travels to see if this was a new trend, and it was as I remembered. There are at least a new (courtesy) roll of toilet paper left in each bathroom. Also, normally, there is a courtesy roll of paper towels.

Very little toilet paper was there for our arrival. No bath soap. Small fireplace hadn’t been dusted in months.

We did not like the fact we could not smoke on the balcony. We also did not like the fact that one of the 3 bath tubs didn't work. We didn't the inconvenience of not being able to locate working remotes for the Mastor bedroom. I'm fact all the remotes were a bit confusing to operate. Detailed instructions would be beneficial for complicated use. We also didn't like the fact we were charged nearly $400 cleaning fee, but yet we have to follow an complete an entire cleaning check list at the end of the stay leaving us to wonder why we were charged a cleaning fee? We also hated the fact that we were required to throw out items that could have complimented next guests, such as canned drinks, bottles for water, ice pops so on.

I loved the layout of the condo and the decor. We enjoyed the balcony. We loved the fact that we saved alotvof money by cooking at the condo and having all the needed dishes there. We also loved that there were tons of beach accessories, towels, and toys for pur children.

The property was great. I did not like my interactions with Brandon. I asked him to text me, however, he only emailed me and I often did not see his responses very late because I do not have immediate access to email. Brandon felt it necessary to point out “this was not my home!” I have never mistreated anyone’s home. My requests were not unreasonable, and should not have been replied with insults to remind me it was not my home. I was a paying guests, and as such, there is a reasonable expectation that I could adjust the thermostat to my comfort.

The condo was great, I would not want to ruin the great memories with mention of any petty preferences. The space was great.

The location was great. The beach access was available as advertised and the pool(s) were also available and very clean. The condo space was very roomy, also as advertised and very nicely decorated. The amenities - televisions, kitchen appliances and tools, etc., made for a great stay. We would revisit again.

I didn't like the location of the condo. It was on the end of the building so you couldn't actually see the beach. You saw the tail end of the beach. I booked it specifically to have coffee on the patio and look out over the water. So I was disappointed with that.

There was construction at the property and beside it starting at 7am. The pool was closed. We weren't advised when we booked.

The condo was beautiful, and spacious.

Noisy both around the building and proximity to the road, even at night. There was also a disruptive maintenance project going on around the building
