Some suggestions: 1. More silverware, especially spoons 2. More plates 3. More/warmer blankets 4. Kitchen sink stopper 5. 2 more chairs for dining table

Location: It is very close to the Ark yet feels peaceful and secluded. Clean, welcoming and very spacious. Great response time from management. Pricing is very affordable.

Maybe a TV in upstairs living room area. Just a suggestion

1st time renting a house. was nice close to everything. (Ark encounter, creation museum, Cincinnati Zoo, Newport Aquarium, and Restaurant) Liked the wall of visitors. Happy with our visit to your home. Received email from Spacious Family which was very nice just checking in on us.

We LOVED it! That's why it was a bit disappointing. I don't know how this was not corrected. So obvious the need for new mattress

Everything was perfect except the four beds in Bunk Rm. They are in dire need of new mattresses. The kids complained. Two of them slept on floor. The smaller ones slept with parents. So no one got good sleep. Other than that we would have given a super excellent. We are greatful that we did rent it. And I would definitely rent it again with that update.

Can't think of a thing. Maybe that there was a broken chair on the deck, should be removed. Had issues figuring out the shower in the master bathroom.

Spacious, clean, charming and well stocked. Felt like coming home to a beautiful country home, loaded with just about anything you will need. Do bring your own basketball though, grandson was upset that he couldn't find one. Very close to the Ark Encounter and a dollar general. We also had instacart deliver groceries we needed for our stay. We won't even look anywhere else if we come back we'll stay here.

House was great. It was secluded and quiet, but also close to attractions and restaurants. Plenty of room for my family. Whole house was super clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. Showers had great water pressure and we had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Washer/dryer was a major plus! It was mere minutes from the Ark Encounter and a Dollar Store which was great for incidentals. Check-in/out was so easy. We loved the Wall of Guests! I have no complaints.

It would be helpful for the second queen bedroom to have a night stand and light by the bed. Not a huge deal but to those of us with glasses it would be appreciated 🤓

Noticed some cobwebs in the main bedroom area by the corner of the bed frame &/mirror.

The house is in close proximity to the Ark Encounter & is a spacious house for a large family/group. We all absolutely loved the ‘Wall of guests’ in the kitchen area & we too were able to add in our notes of thanks & encouragement to the hosts.

Suggestions: foam mattresses and a bigger dinning table. Didn’t impact negatively our stay, just a great upgrade for the next guests.

The house is great! Even the toiletries were great! The kitchen is complete and well organized and labeled. Lots of board games and toys for kids.

We didn’t like only having one television location in one large room especially without cable connection plus the television wasn’t that large. The thermostat caused problems because we couldn’t set it to a temperature that kept the lower & upper part of the house warm or cold so that was a little annoying but we managed to adapt.

We like the accommodations to fit all of our family members in one place and have to deal with the hotels set up…it felt like home.

Our bed was OK. My cousin slept on the couch, her bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable. Only one small tv and it was downstairs where it was cold.

It was quiet and spacious. Pretty country side and would be great for a large group

The cleanliness need improvement. We found popcorn on the basement floor, some cockroaches under sofa and the bunk bed mattresses should be replaced.

The house is very charming, location convenient for ark encounter. And the guess wall beautiful touch.
