I noticed minor things that in my room (200). The baseboard is hanging off at the bathroom door, not a lot, but it's noticeable. I wish there was a channel guide for the TV. I wish the vending machines accepted credit cards. I wanted a soda at 2 in the morning and never carry cash. The vending machine only accepted paper money.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this location and each year (I come for a family reunion.) it's been under a different name. It's a good location, fair price, close to stores, gas station and restaurants. The air conditioner was quiet!

The gas fire pit did not work. And the pool was closed but I did know this when I booked.

Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was great, though could have changed it up a bit. We were there 3 days and had the same food. Menu said sometimes sausage gravy and biscuits, that would have been a nice change. But all in all it was good and would stay again.

That the bathroom was a slide door was cool even though it was frosted you still can see somewhat inside and didn’t like that. For you not to be able to see inside I had to turn off the lights to be able to have some privacy. And the slide door has a little gap opening.

Rugs in the room appeared not to be vacuumed - lits of lint. The oatmeal offered at breakfast was instant.

A random man saying that he was with housekeeping came to my room. It was an uncomfortable situation since he clearly wasn’t with housekeeping. When I mentioned it the next morning to the manager, he intimated that there was nothing that he could do.

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly.

Our biggest problem was Upon arrival we had to have our key card reactivated 4 times before the 5th time it was realized we were given the wrong room number by staff. Then also toilet did not flush correctly, the milk at breakfast expired that day so no-one risked drinking it, and the AC buttons did not work we had to unplug it whenever we wanted it off. The glass door for the bathroom did not lock and was not something I appreciated in my room with to young kids one being legally blind.

Air flow could have been better from suite bedroom to main room. Pullout bed was uncomfortable and sheets for it were not great.

The room was a decent size and king bed was comfortable. Pull out bed was not, but that is typical. Wasn’t expecting the door to the suite room to be glass, but we made it work. The air didn’t seem to work in the main room but did in the bedroom suite so we just left the door open to let the air into the main room. The breakfast was excellent and we were very impressed with the options and quality. Overall it was clean and common areas were nice.

The gentleman at the front desk wasn't very friendly.

We loved that it was no pets allowed. We would return for that alone. Breakfast was great, and the ladies at the front desk were friendly

The breakfast food was poor. The eggs were mushy and didn't taste like eggs like they weren't fresh. The sausage links were under cooked which is dangerous with pork. The staff also gave us a room that had another guest in it but they moved us to a different room
