The floor covering (rug) is old and may need changing. The shuttle to the parks was not effective.

The breakfast is good and the varieties made it better. The location is very accessible to the parks.

The hot breakfast was limited for vegetarian people only spongy scramble egg and biscuits. The hotel use one time cups plates, cutleries. Not easy to cut things with plastic knife

I wish they offered airport transportation, that would of been an additional bonus!! Although, they apperantly offer transportation to all Disney parks, if u care about that. I got conflicting info on when check-out time is. Email vs front desk during check in. Had whom I assume is housekeeping manager knock on our door at 1110am asking "why havent u left?!" Which idk if it was a language barrier but nonetheless it was rude. We had got in after midnight due to multiple flight delays so we def slept through multiple alarms, but def did not appreciate being woken up like that. Front desk during check out was wonderful. Even asked if we could possibly stay a bit longer to enjoy their pool as I expressed how beautiful it was but we didnt have time to enjoy any amenities.

Bed was really comfortable, loved the set up of the suite. Hotel overall was clean.

I had booked my hotel with a breakfast-inclusive option and provided information about the foods we would not be able to eat. I was told that the breakfest area staff could guide us regarding the daily menu. However, I couldn't find anyone to ask for information during breakfast.

The room was cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Despite the large number of guests with children, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. It is nice to have a shuttle service from the hotel to the Theme parks (Disneyland and Universal) at regular times. For those who prefer not to use the shuttle, the theme parks are not far from the hotel.

There was only 1 working elevator on my side of the building causing unnecessary delays and sometimes having to exit to the outside of the building.

1. By misunderstading/confusion, it was too easy to be double charged for parking 2. A QR code is not a receipt - the content of a QR code can be a picture of a receipt (a can easily be sent to email address), 3. at 30 usd per night.... (kind of expensive to park overnight) 4. Limited availability of low suger- low fat breakfast....

Lovely place. Bed and linens were great. However, there was some sort of splashed liquid on walls. Should have been cleaned for price. Parking was expensive and unexpected.

Property was very good , very clean . Only thing I didn’t like was the parking pay, I felt it should have been adding at check in instead of having to do it separately on our own after check in. Staff was very nice. This was my 2nd stay here.

The over priced admission for an 3rd party for parking. 30 bucks a night. Is expensive. You'll be 150 bucks for a week to park. And in the evening you haven't anywhere to park. So you may be towed on the wrong area. That should be a convenient price for this not 30 bucks a night.

The location is Amazing.. Center of everything you need to get to in Orlando.

Paying to park is too much. I understand if the hotel had a parking garage. It did not. It has a normal parking lot. Not necessary to charge your guests to park. Especially 26.00 a day.

There were a few problems with the room (missing towels, missing bedings, etc.), but most of them were corrected. If you buy a room for 5-person family (two twin-beds and one double-sofa) you get hearing impaired room. The A/C is way too noisy, we could not sleep! Terrible! That is the worst thing about the hotel! It was hard to get any infromation about Disney parks if we did not want to buy the tickets from the hotel. I was waiting for a check-out 15+ minutes just to learn that we do not need to check-out and just to give the keys. Finding a parking spot is possible, but not easy close to the entrance. BEWARE: There is another hotel with THE SAME NAME about 7 minutes drive away. A lot of guests arrive to the wrong hotel first.

Breakfast was a typical American hotel (paper/plastic plates, etc.). Better than average, but surely less than any Marriott in Europe. The bathroom was big and big enough. Food in the hotel is rubbish. Surely better to visit one of the steakhouses in the area.

Disliked the room and the breakfast. The room was straight out of 90s with old carpet and worn out surfaces with a lot of noise from the air conditioning and freezer. The breakfast was okayish but lacked any sort of fruits or berries or anything healthy.

I liked the location near Disney World and the helpful concierge who helped us get tickets.
