While I’m pleased our team was able to accommodate a room move promptly, the condition of the second room clearly fell short of expectations. It’s concerning to hear that your room was not serviced throughout your visit, and that it was not fully clean or stocked upon arrival. This is far from the standard we strive to maintain, and your comments are being shared directly with our housekeeping leadership team for immediate review and coaching. We also recognize how important basic amenities like fresh towels, toiletries, and functioning room features are to a comfortable stay — and I’m sorry we missed the mark. Additionally, I understand the frustration with pool key access, limited parking availability, and breakfast items running low early in the morning. These are areas we are actively working to improve, and your feedback helps us better prioritize what matters most to our guests.
