Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWhomever designed the “barn doors” for the bathroom should find a new job. Honestly, who wants to use the bathroom with a door that has a 1 inch gap on each side? No privacy, no noise control, it’s just weird. And the smoke alarm is like a green strobe light flashing above your head when you’re trying to sleep.
The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Easy parking in the deck.

United StatesThe parking could have been easier. But most important, the sign for the Marriott needs to be where you can see it better when driving by and looking for it. We drove around for almost an hour, and I never saw the Marriott sign on the building. We finally saw one.on the front of the parking garage and still had to look for the front entrance door.
Room went well. The parking was very hard to do with putting your card in and waiting for the arm to go up. The road was very narrow driving to the upper levels.
