United StatesOur shower was stuck on hot and we couldn't adjust it no matter what we tried. The air conditioning was a little louder than average. The room seemed a little dim given the size.
Breakfast was great, but the line got a little long at some of the items. Staff were very attentive and polite at all hours which was impressive. Beds were very comfortable. The ice machine and coffee bar were great.

United StatesThe pool room was excessively hot, had to prop open doors and still to hot. Kids even complained pool a little to warm for swimming. The pool water was murky looking however water in hot tub was clear. We complained to management, hopefully they will get it taken care of.

United StatesRoom smelt like sewer, I’m assuming it was the adjoining rooms bathroom. Door next door had a bottle of drano outside the door the entire night we were there. Was double charged for my stay, I prepaid two weeks earlier with a different card and after we left the card for incidentals was charged room amount again. Called and was supposed to be call back my manager the next morning, never heard anything. Tried calling and keep getting voicemail.

United StatesTrapped in elevator for 45 minutes, cold eggs for breakfast. Coffee maker didn’t work fan didn’t work had to ask for more towels repeatedly hot tub temperature was too hot. Pool was dirty. Smelled musty as soon as we walked into motel. My brother got locked out of his room!!! I picked this motel for 5 siblings to stay while attending an uncle’s funeral. I had to keep apologizing to my family for my error of choice of motel.

United StatesThe AC wasn’t working properly. I heard so many other’s with this complaint. Our thermostat was set to 65 the whole time but our room remained in the mid to upper 70’s. The hotel knew of this issue but didn’t disclose it. Mechanical doors were propped open. Housekeeping door (near our room) was always propped open. The staff knew, but never actually acknowledged the issue, even when we spoke with someone at the front desk about it. Luckily for our stay the weather cooled after night 1, we opened our window at night, otherwise we would have left and found a different hotel. There never seemed to be a manager around. All the front desk staff was friendly, but everyone seemed to be in training, and frequently no one was at the front desk. It just felt off. This hotel has great potential, rooms are large, but we will not stay here again.
Could be a really nice property. Beds are comfortable. Things were pretty clean in our room and around the hotel.

United StatesThe cleanliness and the lack of attention by the staff/housekeeping. We requested a top floor room when booking, but got a 3rd floor room. We stayed 5 nights, asked for housekeeping at check-in, specifically towels and trash. Each day, housekeeping never arrived except the last day, even after we made daily requests. We went to the front desk and got our own trash bags and towels and had to call for toilet paper. We also noticed food that we didn’t bring into the room in corners that was leftover from previous guests. The lights in our room were very dim and the bathroom light constantly flickered and would turnover for a few seconds at a time. We requested maintenance to check on it and the non-working bathroom fan the second day, but they never showed.
Beds were comfortable and there was lots of space!

In town for grandsons baseball tournament and hotel was located near where tournament located which made it very convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay at this facility again when traveling to Billings. Two thumbs up 👍

The front desk realized the mistake but could not fix without the manager who was not on site. I was assured that the manager would fix it the next morning. It has been 6 days and still not refunded. United StatesI have been charged 3 times for one single night, my total through booking came to $246.03, I get there and they charged us $270, so I was on the phone with booking all day trying to figure this out because it sounds like a glitch. It’s been OVER a week and I get a receipt saying our total was $231.00… where did this number come from? 4 days ago I checked and the pre authorization charges we’re still there! So I had been charged $246.03 through booking, $270 through the hotel and now another charge for $231.00. All for just sleeping there because these 2 can’t communicate. Next day (3days ago) they are gone and I’ve only been charged the $246.03. Yesterday I’m checking my acct and the $231.00 is BACK!!! This is criminal. I’m sooo over this it’s not even funny! We stayed here only to sleep and hit the road again the next day. We were on a family vacation driving home from Denver. Luckily and I mean this, we had extra money in our acct on our way home, because when we were younger I probably wouldn’t have had enough money to get us home after a long vacation especially when booking and this hotel thinks they can just charge us any amount of money when ever they feel like it!! I don’t care if it’s a pre authorization charge, it still comes out of my account and is not useable until it’s gone, I’m done with booking and I will never stay at one of these hotels again in my life! If you don’t want to be charged random amounts of money I suggest you get rid of booking and never go to this hotel!
