Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe staff was friendly. The room was clean and met my expectations. My sister & I were there to see the production of "Shen Yun" and were able to walk to the theater. The free breakfast was also wonderful with an array of choices. The only thing I had a problem with was their parking. There's no self parking & on the app, they kept charging me for multiple nights without being able to make a correction. All in all, it was a beautiful hotel and I'd stay again.

United StatesThe free breakfast was really awful on this visit. The oatmeal was actually grits, which were not cooked well. The milk for the cereal was brownish, I was told it was goat's milk?? Fruit looked awful. Unfortunately no decent restaurants in the area.
Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Their location next to the Hippodrome is ideal when going to a show there. Staff was friendly.

GeorgiaLocation is not far from harbor, walking might not be pleasant endeavor especially in area around Lexington market, for me it was ok, but some people do not consider it safe; breakfast is too poor even for SpringHill Suites, keep in mind that there are are few hotels with same name in the City in order not to mix up addresses; some cleaning staff is not speaking any English;
Hotel is brand new, with nice and spacious rooms; bad is good and comfortable, working place is convenient; sofa is pleasant to sit on; wanted to mention coffee which I particularly liked in this hotel;

United StatesThe parking was hard, no dedicated parking garage. Also the breakfast was good, but our muffins were moldy. We asked for extra blankets, and we got some. Then we realized we needed sheets/pillows/blankets for The pullout sofa, they never brought them up. Also the room was very dark, hated the lights only work when the card is in the slot. That sucked.
