The pool was so cold and that was a disappointment since there was no hot tub to warm up in. My kids lips were blue and they were just shivering. The surrounding area was run down and kind of sketchy, we made sure to not leave the hotel in the evening.

The building looked well kept up and the inside lobby was nice as well. The room was clean as well.

The night staff older gentleman was a nice man however, my 3rd party booking had issues on their end and the man made sure to let me know the lady in the morning didn't add sales tax so I got charged less... However with the booking.com they did add it and was the same price as the night before ( we extended our stay)... He made sure to let me know it wasn't done right on their end and I showed him and explained to him I paid the full price as the day before... And he made sure I knew the lady messed up the booking to the 3rd party booking which wasn't my fault.

The hotel and room were nice, the pool was very cold however.

The urine dripping from the ceiling into the bathroom. Causing us to move rooms to 2 queens when one of the main reasons we booked here was because they had a king bed suite. Very disappointed but other than that it was decent.

Wasn’t close enough to downtown to easily come back and forth from the beach and downtown. Couldn’t walk to downtown

The pull out was a twin size. So this room does not fit for a family of 6. I had to go to the front desk several times to get all the necessary sheets and pillows when there is a huge closet they should have been stored in. My husband had to sleep on the couch as there was not enough room.

Breakfast was advertised when I booked. Breakfast wasn't available when I stayed. Not happy. Also, the coffee was cold at 9 am.

No breakfast due to new years day..this was extremely frustrating, as this is one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Legit didn’t get any sleep because the pillows were so cheap and worn down.

Really poor house keeping, no manager to be found and front desk people different nearly every day and don't care. Microwave and fridge dirty on arrival. No body wash and 4 nights before our room was cleaned, despite asking daily at front desk. No manager to talk with. Pool area gruby. I would avoid this place if staying more than 2 nights. We had ants in bathroom also from 6 Aug, but wouldn't vacuum until 9 August after talking with house keeping manager. 11 nights we stayed and they cleaned 3 times.

The breakfast was good selection and Vickie very helpful. Best staff member there.

No towels upon arrival. No room cleaning. Not reminded you have to request a cleaning upon check in.

Comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator. Desk top for food display and area above fridge for food storage. Nice couch.

They have a pool but use the hotel next to them and its cold outside!!! To be so new the furniture didnt look so nice and for the money i paid even with my dicount through booking wasnt worth it!!!

Bathroom seemed limited for a hotel that has a pool, no place to hang wet swimsuits or towels, also no luck on sliding bathroom door.

We love the room and the entire atmosphere of the hotel/lobby!

our AC unit was making weird loud noises and it was too late to switch rooms so didn’t sleep very well. Reminder, #320 needs to be look at.

Our tv in our room was out the entire trip ,we had brought it up to the staff multiple times of our stay, they chose to do nothing about it. It was very hard trying to entertain our 3 small children. The pool was all at full occupancy most of our stay. Breakfast was limited and very picked thru. I think overall we could of found a more affordable hotel with better amenities and staff who actually cared

One of the morning front desk crew was watching my family & I during breakfast. Made us uncomfortable. Made us feel like we were being watched as we were going to make a mess or take too much food or something.

Lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom, in my opinion. There were no luggage carts. Also,this is a cashless property.

Very clean and large suite. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. There were a lot of options. Coffee,tea, or hot cocoa in the lobby was really nice to be able to grab a cup on the way in or out.
