Location is amazing! Super easy to take the T into Boston in 20 minutes, and you are on the ocean! What more could you want?

A little inconvenient to have to move rooms

Breakfast was great! Location was great too. We had to move rooms because of the plumbing in the bathtub, but it was no big deal

We had a room, where we wanted to use the sofa as one of the beds, unfortunately we had to make that ourselves. Due to it being Marathon Weekend the hotel was very crowded. This resulted in breakfast being a little stressful. There wasn’t enough seating space, and morning staff did not open up more rooms. Further, the first morning coffee and food was not refilled, even though it was still 15 minutes till the end of breakfast.

Front desk staff Sarah was extremely kind and helpful! The pool is not huge, but has a great size and fun to use. Location directly behind the train station and at the beach is perfect. There is a free shuttle to the airport. Even though the airport is close-by, you don’t hear the planes flying by in the rooms! Rooms are very clean and modern! The tv is huge and moveable, so you can watch from bed or sofa.

The fridge in the room was a little small and some of the breakfast options were limited, but nothing major or really problematic at all.

It was clean, spacious, had wonderful views of the ocean, and very conveniently located next to the MBTA subway. Staff was very helpful and accommodating even at late hours of the night.

Since we were traveling with out young grandchildren the pool was much anticipated but then everyone was sad because it was too cold and the towels were small, even for children. The pull out bed was terribly uncomfortable - springs poking at all times. Should have left it folded up and just slept on the couch.

The location was perfect. The beach on one side and the T station for a quick trip to Boston on the other. The hotel had parking. Staff was friendly and the breakfast provided enough choice for everyone.

Although the people who were running the breakfast area were polite and kept the area very clean, the logistics were off. People could not properly maneuver in the L shaped area. It needs a small two-sided buffet for the hot foods to meet the needs of the people. Although it was out of control of the hotel, the amount of food people were grabbing demonstrated a lack of consideration for others.

Customer service was wonderful. The view and upgrade we received to meet our needs was graciously accepted. The view from our room was stunning. The addition of Starbucks within the hotel was a nice touch.

They did run out of breakfast one day which was a shame but having a Starbucks on site was the perfect backup plan.

Location was so great! Directly opposite Revere Beach and with a train stop immediately to the rear of the building made it the perfect place to stay.

Would be great if you had the ingredients listed in front of the breakfast servings, for people with allergies. And some kind of salads (mini salad bar?) for the breakfast, as well.

Cleaning was limited, but understandable over Festive season. Paper plates and cups for breakfast!!!.. Choice was limited and repeated.

Location , friendly and very helpfull staff( kept packages for me). Onsite restaurant excellent. Metro conveniently close.

Their breakfast wasn’t very hot and they had a hard time keeping up with all the people. The only other complaint was the shower pressure was very poor, and it was not very warm.

On Christmas, there were no food or alcohol options. The restaurant was closed but because of the contract with the restaurant, the hotel can't sell hard selzer/beer, etc in their little store where there were snacks, drinks etc like other hotels.

The location is beautiful. Steps away from the beach would be great in good weather. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. I very much enjoyed the security of the room badging system.

The bathroom door was frosted glass and between the two beds. Awkward for non spouses. limited coffee in the room and none downstairs for the early flight people.

The only negative is the parking garage is way too small. The first night we had to find street parking, and the second night we just made it for getting a spot in the garage. It worked out fine bc we were only there for the weekend.

Loved the hotel. We had a beautiful room, lovely view, and the place was super clean. Staff was great and very friendly.

When you first enter the property, you’re greeted with the pool and fitness center, no lobby. Would definitely prefer a front desk to be more easily accessible.
