We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBreakfast was not ready at the time it was open. Lot's of people at the breakfast and long lines. Walls in the room are very thin. First night was quiet, but the second night someone in the next room made international call and connection was probably bad, because person was screaming to the phone. We could not sleep. Staff is not providing references to local restaurants, only to the one restaurant in the hotel. It is not the best restaurant. Elevator capacity is not sufficient for this hotel.
Garage in the same building was great. Room was wonderful; bed was very comfortable. Lobby space with TV and fireplace is a great idea. Location is very close to the downtown.

Scrambled tasteless eggs and little scraps of bacon. Very disappointing for otherwise a very nice hotel. Also the price of a room is too high for a breakfast like that

United StatesI don't like that we weren't informed due to the lack of staff knowledge or oversight.
The hotel had daily breakfast a gym and an indoor pool, but we were not told of these amenities (the latter of which we didn't find out until the last day of our week long stay). As such, we were unable to take full participation in them. We also traveled in large part to have a white Christmas and the agents weren't sure exactly where to go in order to sled in the area. Later while walking we found a shuttle that would take guest to locations for skiing - it was .right across the street. Otherwise the facility and the staff were pleasant and comfortable.

United KingdomBreakfast. We were out hiking before breakfast most days but the one day we did stay later to try the complimentary breakfast, I ended up going back to the room to microwave some oats. We were there as breakfast came out and my husband said the eggs were already cold. The hot porridge was water with oats floating in it and the Quaker sachets were all the sugar filled flavours. We didn't try breakfast there again and opted to make oats in our room which had a microwave available.
