Frist time in Colorado spring and I had a veiw of the courtyard, whach is an amazing courtyard, pleanty of seating and fire places/pits. But I would have loved a view of the city or mountains.

Room was very spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever. Temp in the room was perfect. Water presure in the shower was great. The coffee & breakfast was delicious. Staff was super friendly.

I found the bed to be a little too soft for my liking

I don't like that we weren't informed due to the lack of staff knowledge or oversight.

The hotel had daily breakfast a gym and an indoor pool, but we were not told of these amenities (the latter of which we didn't find out until the last day of our week long stay). As such, we were unable to take full participation in them. We also traveled in large part to have a white Christmas and the agents weren't sure exactly where to go in order to sled in the area. Later while walking we found a shuttle that would take guest to locations for skiing - it was .right across the street. Otherwise the facility and the staff were pleasant and comfortable.

It was lunch time and we wanted to order off the dinner menu and we couldn't. The TV kept reprogramming itself. Wasn't able to use the remote control a few times.

It served our purposes, but the jacuzzi/hot tub was out of order I guess so we couldn’t go to that.

The location was right in the middle of everything, but it wasn’t overly busy or loud. I could see the mountains from our window and it was a clean lovely venue.

Breakfast runs until 9:30 but they had run out of a lot of items when we arrived at 8:50.

The property is new and very clean. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs, waffles, and other warm foods ran out very early on. There seemed to be only one employee replenishing bowls and other items, but not the food. After an hour, some waffles were brought out and one guest took them all. The coffee cups ran out and a guest took it upon themselves to get out more from storage. The hotel should not offer a free breakfast if they can supply enough for their guests

The property is new and modern. The room was small but laid of well so it seemed spacious. The bathroom was nice and the bed super comfy. Had a beautiful view of Pike’s Peak from our room. The parking garage was convenient.

We don't like the fridge, it runs only 2 hours and stop. We forgot to reset it then All our foods were decay. We lost our dinner at the hotel. And we have to paid the parking fee.

No housekeeping, no coffee top up and no towel change. In essence, if you check in for 2 days, you get coffee for 1 and you are on your own!

I paid 240 $ for not sleeping there. I paid also for springhill suites south where I slept. Customer service said on the phone that exceptional refund would be granted and then... nothing, nada, no answer to my claims on customer service chat, only once in 5 weeks 'hi, we will take care of your request'. Booking.com blames the hotel for not answering but also let me wait, often answering with bots and not clearly saying 'NO, we won't help and won't refund'. Nightmare.... as a customer I expect more consideration liability and honesty, whether I get reimbursed or not.

Can t comment as I did not sleep at springhill Downtown, but at Springhill South, after a wrong reservation through third party booking.com. Springhill South receptionnists were very agreable people, Springhill Downtown was helpful on the phone, promising refund... then not acting the same way.
