Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When booking the room it said we would have a view. Instead our room looked out over the parking lot and nearby businesses.

No hot tub
The staff was amazing, the hotel was extremely clean, our room was big, comfortable and smelt nice! The air conditioner worked great! Also a cool side note, the bathroom has a sliding door and you think you're going to be able to hear everything and it's sound proof!!! 😃😃 The price was unbeatable especially since there was 6 of us in one room and we fit very comfortably.

Not really anything. If I had to get really picky the pool was kind of small.
We loved our stay here! This was part of a 3 stop trip and this was by far the best hotel on the trip! The staff was excellent, the room was amazing and the location was top!

I did not like the fact that we had to pay extra for parking, as I was not aware that was an extra charge. Although the hotel allows dogs, I did not think the guest with the large dog in the breakfast food line was allowed to do that (Public Health issue?)
The location was very convenient to the workshop we were attending, as well as Garden of Gods hiking. Liked the swimming pool and workout room. Very comfortable beds and room. The hot breakfast was good.

All staff we engaged with from the moment we checked in, to checking out were extremely helpful and friendly. Everything tasted great and there was plenty of food left for us to eat even within 15 minutes of it being the end of breakfast time.

We were placed in the room on the first floor right next to the elevators and ice machine so it was very loud throughout the night. Was often woke up throughout the night to people talking loudly and the ice machine.

The only flaw was that the hotel staff must have checked us out the night before because our room cards stopped working the next morning so it was difficult to go in and out while loading our car to leave. We had to go to the front desk to get new working cards and the staff didn’t seem apologetic at all. Kind of put a damper on what would have been an excellent stay.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable and nice. It was in a great location with lots of restaurants, gas stations and fast food. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting.

I didn't have any complaints. Great location, probably leave your doors unlocked and park there all year long without break in.
This was great. We had such a good time in our room. They had everything clean, fresh n ready to stay. The gentleman with dreads made sure our dogs stayed for free because service dogs were free here. Also, you dont need proof because the state of Colorado can't question the service your dog provides. Also, the room layout i will never forget it, bring your work with you cause there desk is ready for you.
