We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe room for a family of 6 was a bit cramped in the setup. The shower took forever to warm up and was tiny af. There was 1 staff lady who seemed a bit rude. There is no close play area for children if you get stuck inside for a day (we had to have our vehicle serviced) no close walking center from the hotel.
It was over all clean, nice breakfast. The pool is small but good size for young children (think under 5ft) and we had a nice cleaning lady. Oh, and if you have the app you can simply hit request for thinga needed. Very close to the Easton Mall (is that what it is?) 3 min or so from Legoland, AMC Dine in, loads of other stores like BoxLunch and food in the center of it all. Walmart, 2 gas stations, Sams club, and I think target are across the street. 25 min from COSI or the Zoo
