When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They need to change carpets. Rooms stink until you run the AC. Also breakfast offers packed sausage sandwich and packed waffles, very very cheap. I had a very good experience at Chicago on same chain. Refrigerator doesn't work.
It's a great location, just 30 mins away from downtown or Riverwalk. Big rooms and good bathroom. Friendly front desk staff.

The reading lights on the sides of the bed did not work. No night table on one side of the bed. There was no hot water in the evening

Nothing really. We were just there one night. The only thing is that there isn't anything exceptional about the hotel, no "wow I'd come back here again because of..." Just a nice place to crash before a flight.
We stayed in a king suite and the room was very nice. Everything looked clean and was comfortable. The shower was a nice walk-in and got nice and hot Location is also perfect if you need access to the airport. It was just a few turns and about 10 minutes away.

We checked in a little late (around 9pm). The two girls at the desk acted like we were bothering them. They were counting down a $ drawer - they probably should have done that in the back. We needed bottled water - it was $4 a bottle. Come on! That’s ridiculous. You should offer water for free!!! Breakfast didn’t start until after my shuttle for the airport left. I wish there were breakfast bags and coffee available!! Also - all the pillows were FLAT. Need option for a firm pillow.
Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and SPACIOUS!! Plenty of room. Shuttle was free, prompt and very very kind driver. Pool and whirlpool looked nice but we didn’t have time to use them! But the hours for use are LATE, which is awesome (11pm). Check in was easy!

The room was done on a modern decor and most importantly clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk was thorough in her registration and explanation of amenities.

The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was not very warm. A few more choices of breakfast items would have been appreciated.
We enjoyed the spacious room with the divider between the desk area and the bedroom area. Very nice bathroom with separate toilet. Free shuttle to and from airport.

Staff was nice place was clean and parking was awesome
Main issue is this is a airport sleep and fly area and they offered a 6 am, breakfast. We left before we could eat breakfast and I feel short changed . We proceeded to airport where we had breakfast so it was really a waste to get a hotel with American Breakfast we couldnt have .

The telephones were off the hook and so could not call for a shuttle for over an hour. Finally we talked the Sheraton into transporting us. Upon arrival the hotel desk clerks didn't even realize that the phones were still off the hook.

The hot tub was out of order and the pool was very small and cold. Our kids were very disappointed. The bathroom door didn’t lock.

No restaurant and limited items for breakfast and they seemed to be out of a lot of things.
Near lots of things including the airport. We enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel next door.

The hotel doesn’t provide any services even the water you have to buy it from the reception. Small bottle of water would cost you $3.5 ! Surprised. Breakfast is below average. First time experience such a situation.
