Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesCleaning crew was not consistent. I had asked for full room service at check-in (changing sheets on beds daily, etc.), but I didn't get that most of the time. Most of the time I didn't even get new towels daily (as I had placed the dirty towels on the floor every morning). I had to visit the front desk to get the necessary towels at least three times in a week. My son and I were in a baseball tournament in Elizabethtown, so we had to shower frequently in our room. It was more of an inconvenience, but I sometimes wondered what the cleaning crews were doing daily. Also - I love trains, but they built this hotel less than 100 feet from a train track (at least on our side of the hotel). It's still a great location for easy access to the highway and plenty of restaurants, but just know that you will hear (and see) the trains going by frequently. It was cool though to see what the trains were hauling.
Breakfast offerings were good. Location was great. Room setup was great. Nice cluster of restaurants and hotels nearby, with miniature golf, games, ice cream and a bar right across in the hotel parking lot (so nice!).

United StatesWith the cost of almost $700 for two nights it would’ve been nice to have had a toilet that I didn’t have to turn on and off at the wall every time I used it. It would not have hurt to have clean towels or a change of sheets.
The facility was clean. The staff was friendly, and the location was close to what we needed.

United StatesOur room was not clean. While walking across the carpet and the bathroom floor in our room, our shoes would stick to the floor due to it not being clean. Our shoes left marks on the bathroom floor due to its stickiness. There was mold and mildew in our shower. Our shower curtain was too long and laid on the bottom of the shower which was part of the reason it had mold/mildew on it. There was mold/mildew in the corners of the tub and around the built in shampoo/conditioner holders. I have attached pictures. The most important aspect of a hotel is cleanliness. Unfortunately, this hotel was greatly lacking. I was very disappointed that this hotel did not live up to the Marriot standards. We will not be staying there again.
The breakfast had great variety.

United StatesWhen we got there, the lobby was clean. But the attendant wasn't very helpful beyond getting our keys. We called down for extras pillows and sheets bc we had our toddlers with us, and nothing was provided for the pull out mattress. We had to go get it from the desk and were only given 2 pillows and nothing else. The room was ok at best. The bathroom had used wash rags stuffed in the corner of the shower. There were tears in the wallpaper. The bed was mediocre. The TV placement was just odd and not convenient. I didn't like the bathroom layout either. The morning breakfast was not at all up to standards for Marriott. The food was all cold and not being refilled in timely fashion. We arrived for bfast around 8:00a. Though there were many choices, bagels, cereal, hot foods, fruit,.ect. unfortunately, the only thing hot and available was scrambled eggs. The potatoes were almost gone cold and hard. The breakfast pizza was all gone. The other option wasn't even labeled, and there was nothing there anyway. It's very much a letdown. The coffee was good. Checking out was easy, and the ladies were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we won't be returning next week, or ever. We have opted to skip Elizabethtown altogether and use Hilton home suites in Louisville.
The morning staff were friendly.
