The shower and the soaps were not great. Towels were not plush nor were there robes or slippers in the room. The pool was nice but there is a return line that pulls very hard with suction and my son's hand got stuck on it momentarily.

The gym, and the beds in the room were very comfortable.

I bought a couple of small bottles of Dasani water from the little store in the lobby and had it charged to my bill. Only after I received the statement by email did I discover that I was charged over $11.00 for two bottles of water! I am a frequent guest (4x a year) and am more than a little put off at being literally soaked like this. I will have to keep that in mind when planning future stays in the area...

I was disappointed in the breakfast. the scrambled eggs were overdone and cold. there were no potatoes and the meat selection was only pork sausage patties but at least they were warm.

The person at the front desk "Daniella". was very helpful and friendly. did her job well

There’s nothing I didn’t like. I was under the impression that this hotel was pet-free, but in fact it is pet friendly. We liked seeing the beautiful dogs that came through. I would also mention that the tiles at the pool area are very slippery when wet. Probably not the best choice, especially with wet kids around, but we tried to walk slowly.

Very well maintained and clean hotel. Smelled fresh, especially in the rooms. Modern yet comfortable style. Spacious rooms and lobby with fireplace. Lots of areas in the lobby to hang out. Our kids enjoyed the kids corner with books and coloring. Clean pool. Breakfast provided lots of options. Very friendly staff from check-in and throughout our stay, even at departure.

Very large rooms with a proper place for luggage—we had plenty of it. Breakfast is good, standard American style. I liked the backdoor access to the parking—no need for unnecessary walks around the hotel. The hotel location is nice, and the best part is that it's near major highways to reach all around this area without the problem of hearing the traffic.

For breakfast they offer only disposable cups, plates and cutlery, which is really a pity. It would be much more sustainable to wash the dishes.

The hotel was so nice and clean always my priory. Staff was very helpful. Tara at the bar was great. Parking was free which was a plus. We played cards in the lobby an evening and it was perfect plenty of space. Location of the Hotel was great we where in the middle of Warwick Patterson and newburgh and Wallkill our main locations to see.
