I had a problem with my booking and got charged for a no show unnecessary. It took a long time to work out what went wrong and why I was charged. I am still waiting for a refund on one room.

loved the location to the Stock Yards. The hotel was easy to find and had a good car park. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the rooftop bar. breakfast was also very nice.

We loved it so much! My only complaint is how loud it is when you have a balcony, exspecially with kids . But overall we had a great experience !

The price per night, i understand the location and the attraction, but if you're going to charge so much per night then the lobby store doesn't need to be marked up so high. $12 for 1 beer and 1 soda plus a $480 per night room...thats ridiculous atleast get better pillows like memory foam, something other than feather filled.

There was insufficient table space provided for breakfast, despite there being ample space for tables and chairs. At the weekend we had to take our breakfast into the bar / lounge area. Breakfast itself was good but like so many US hotels, the reliance on paper plates and cups and plastic cutlery was very tiresome and not what you would expect from a premium hotel. Little recycling seems to happen and everything is over packaged - even individual slices of bread were shrinkwrapped! We found similar across each of the hotels we stayed in during our Texas trip so more of a generic US hotel comment rather than the Marriott itself. There is a lovely rooftop area with bar and menu. The staff were good but the heavy bass music was really out of kilter with the ambiance. Also not possible to get a coffee there which was surprising.

Fantastic location for visiting the stockyards, plenty of parking and lots of space in the hotel. The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable / clean. Staff were friendly. The rooms were lovely, nice pool areas also.

I called down to the desk at 10:30pm to request an extra blanket for my youngest son as he wanted to sleep on the sofa and his brother was already set to sleep on the trundle. We were trying to get to bed quickly because, coming from an hour later time zone, it was actually 11:30 our time as this was our first night in TX. They were dozing off as I chatted with them until someone would come with the blanket, but after 20 minutes, I called down again. I was told it was coming, but another ten minutes passed and I decided to get dressed again and head down to the front desk. After about 10 minutes, a housekeeper appeared with a stack of sheets, but I said I just needed (and requested) a blanket. We already used a fitted on the trundle along with the blanket and a flat sheet we put on the sofa cushions. Those items were already available in the room which we appreciated. The woman at the front desk, who was chatting with her male colleague (the gentleman who took my calls and seemed to feel bad that it got to that point), seemed irritated with me and said she’d go get me the blanket herself. It was an awkward and frustrating situation, but I finally got the blanket (which my son appreciated and said was very soft!), so despite getting to bed closer to 11:30 (or 12:30am our time zone), we did all manage to get to bed and have a good night of sleep. The front desk staff upon check in and check out were super helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property!

The location was excellent, the property was really nice inside, the room and beds were clean and comfortable and decor was fun! The breakfast was also pretty good.

The wait for the elevator.

The location was great for walking around the stockyards. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and pillows.

TV was not easily seen by other queen bed. It was too far away. Also, the valet attendant made me walk to him and hand him my keys and then he just stood there and I said do I need to park the car and he said no he would. When we came out to get the car, he was gone. Not sure the reason but we had to wait 10 minutes to get the car pulled around. Just not very good customer service. It was the same guy when I arrived and when I left.

The streets are noisy around 2am (Saturday night) we were on the 4th floor and noise from cars burning out, blaring music still reached our room

Really close walking distance to restaurants and bars. Cool rooftop restaurant to get drinks at. The room is plenty big for a 3 person family

No complaints from me!

We booked this hotel on a busy weekend and had a wonderful time! Our room got upgraded to a room with a huge balcony overlooking the street which was awesome! It was a perfect location with easy access to all of the stockyards areas. Stopped in at the bar at the end of the night and it has a great view of both downtown and the stockyards! Highly recommend this hotel!
