United StatesBe advised that the sofa bed is a trundle bed that pulls out from under the sofa. You sleep about 8" off the ground on a very firm mattress. Great for a kid, but not so wonderful for an adult. Was definitely not what we expected for a suite.
Staff friendly, rooms, grounds, common area were clean. Convenient to grocery and shopping. Several restaurants in the area.

United StatesThe door to our room did not shut easily from the outside. I’m not sure what the issue was but we advised them of the issue upon checkout. Also, it should be specified that the minibar is NOT in the rooms. There is a minibar within the hotel, however.
I enjoyed the location and the room. The hot tubs was very nice, even though one of the jets was not working properly. Overall, we were satisfied.

United StatesOur room door was tricky, when you opened it, the deadbolt popped out, preventing it from closing automatically behind you. It still locked properly but you had to do manually. A couple of times the bathroom light did not come on when you pushed the button.
This was a very nice hotel, either newer or remodeled. We were about 10 minutes from downtown and Dow Gardens (which was the reason we stayed). It’s close to restaurants and coffee shops, and shopping. There’s a steakhouse within walking distance. They have a great pool/hot tub area, which I happened to have to myself for about an hour. The breakfast area was really good, with clean tables and hot food. There is a also patio outside where you can enjoy your food.
