Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room wasn’t very well stocked, meaning we had a family of five in a quite large room but only 3 towels, very little soap and shampoo, etc. Small things, but for the price you’re paying the small things matter
The front desk staff and valet staff were all terrific. The location of the hotel is perfect for enjoying downtown

A booked 2 nights but the second night I came back to the hotel at 7 pm and the room wanst cleaned. I called the reception and they said me the hosekeeping forget to do it because they confused my check out day Was really desapoined.

We reserved rooms 8 months ago. When we all checked in gave our own credit cards for valet and payment. Hotel staff took our cards but still charged to the card that reserved the rooms - even after calling and asking to fix the error.

We did not have bedding for pullout bed and when we called front desk to bring up around 10:30 they said there was no staff available to bring up. I wish there was separate sink outside of bathroom and better lighting in the room. No lock in bathroom door.
The location to Fiserv forum & restaurants was great. It connects to parking garage, made for easy travel in bad weather. Room was clean & updated.

Breakfast was not good. It was all gone by 8:15, including the coffee and no one was replacing items. Cold, watery eggs. Not worth advertising as breakfast.

I Love it just don’t like I had plenty extra charges on my card from the hotel I didn’t know where they came from
I don’t like everytime you leave out the parking garage you have to pay 21$ it’s barely parking down there on the street and your leaving in and out having to pay everytime you leave.

Parking was unclear. Staff told me lot I parked in was $30 but it was $16. They have valet parking but not noted on their website.
Location , clean, staff nice, breakfast area was nice and food reasonably good except scrambled eggs.

Linens on the beds were very wrinkled and the pullout sleeper didn't have any linen on it at all. The wrinkled sheets give the feeling of being unclean.
All staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. I have nothing negative to say about any of them.

The room was not clean at all! Last night there I found a blood stain on my comforter which I didn’t see before since it was covered by the sheets. Also dust was everywhere and there was a pack of gum from the prior guest in the drawer, which means it was not cleaned before us. Bathrooms were moldy and we needed refills on the conditioner when we got there.
The staff were really nice and the location was perfect for us. Breakfast was ok.

There wasn't any good vegan option for the breakfast. It would be great to have at least plant based milk for the cereals. The toilet door was a slider and it is too heavy to close it wasn't convenient at all.
We went Milwaukee to watch Buck's game the location was perfect for this. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were too kind. The vale service is also good.

We were there for a 2 night stay and housekeeping never visited our room. We didn’t necessarily need our bed mad but clean towels would have been nice! A more comfortable chair in the room would have been nice also!
Location was close to many downtown attractions. The front desk staff were great! Breakfast was ok and the lady who made sure there was food and kept the dining area clean was also great! For our purposes the valet parking was good for us as we were in and out a number of times each day. The valet attendants very nice and helpful.

I thought breakfast could have been better. I called about the let out sofa and was told it was for two people only to get there and it was a chair that let out. It was extremely small where my 11old was not comfortable. Parking to expensive.

The receptionist gave me a room that was not cleaned at first but quickly resolved afterwards.
The room was more spacious than I expected from pictures on websites and they allowed to checkin early before noon! The breakfast was included and was meeting my expectation. I enjoyed the stay overall.
