Being pet friendly-dogs on 3rd floor? We heard a few barks and dog whining and assume owners out of room

Great location, good breakfast, very quiet. We walked to the Canyonlands boat tour. And it’s one mile from Arches. The suite was well appointed

The pool is amazing. I like that it was a mile out of town because Moab is noisy and busy. Was close to trails and the Colorado River. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Our room just had some weird things that popped up. Our extra bed in the sofa didn’t have clean sheets, our sink barely drained, and our automatic blinds only worked intermittently. Lastly, we could not turn our A/C on. The room sat at about 78 degrees the whole time even set to 68 degrees.

I thought the location was perfectly between arches and Moab, having the Colorado River out your back door is a huge plus. Also, since we had small kids, the pool was a huge hit. Especially since it was on the warmer side. Lastly, staff was all very friendly.

Sell beer & wine at the snack corner.

Excellent location of the hotel. Riverfront property with great views of the mountains that surround it. The beds were very comfortable with extremely clean rooms and restroom. The breakfast has a good spread. Only a 5 mins drive to the Arches National Park entrance. Highly recommend this location and hotel! Extremely cute riverwalk trail on the property for guests.

Wifi did not work. It kept saying DNS error. However, at least the cellular reception was good. I used t-mobile and I could watch youtube no problem.

This is a newly built hotel located next to the Fairfield Inn. The room was clean and new. I got a room next to the Colorado river and the view was superb. The breakfast was great with options including strawberry compote. Coffee was good too.

We waited a long time to get check in - the facility was short staffed and it took a few hours for our room to be ready. Breakfast offerings were ok/standard on the day we stayed, could of had more options for protein and fruit . Getting the firepit turned on took 20 minutes after asking, if I'm going to nitpick anything it would be that setting an ambience should be standard OP once the valley shadow casts upon the property.

Our kids enjoyed the pool and the free smores by the firepit. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The price was a little higher than we would have liked to spend, but being able to have our dog by the pool with us made it worth the extra cost.

This was the most pet friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. Not only are large dogs welcome, they make it super easy to have them there, they are even welcome in the pool area (6 feet away from the water). The pool area is incredible, our son never wanted to leave, and since our dog could chill out there with us, we didn't have to leave! They have multiple pools, hot tubs and splash pads, each one is a different temperature so no matter the weather or time of day, there is something for everyone. The room was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again!
