The property is up to date and clean! The beds are comfortable. I like how they included quality products to shower with and the breakfast was amazing as well, I would say this hotel is 5/5 no complaints.

There is nothing negative to say. However, we noticed that there is no microwave where breakfast is served. The woman who was attending to the breakfast area was kind and went to heat something for me in their kitchen. Oh, just one observation. It would be nice if there was some sort of sun shade in the pool area. Especially during the HOT summer days.

I like that the hotel is clean and in an easily accessible area. There is side street parking to park a semi; which is a huge plus! Getting in and out with a semi is spacious. The pool is small but it's clean. There is no hot tub, but that was not a deal breaker. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I've booked here 2x.

Fridge is hot!

Front Desk Angelica was quite rude when we arrived for check in. After driving over 7 hours, I was told my reservation was not verified & was told to contact booking.com. Angelica did not assist further to look into the issue, but was on a personal phone call making plans for the night. After being on hold with booking.com for more than 30 minutes, it was confirmed my room was reserved & the hotel had a issue on their side. At this point booking.com called Angelica to confirm the reservation. Angelica then called her counterpart to confirm the reservation. This issue would have been prevented if Angelica took 5 minutes to look into the problem. Very unprofessional. I did request a discount for our room fee, still waiting for response.

I was put in a room that had hair in the shower as if someone shaved and house keeping didn’t clean it. I took my shoes off and my foot was sticking to whatever was on the floor. There was candy and I think dog food in the room on the floor in 3 different spots.

The staff is very unorganized, I arrived 10 minutes before check in and there was a line of people waiting to check-in. I was told no rooms were clean yet which was very surprising as it was basically check in time, I was out on a list to be called when a room was ready. Look I understand a hotel being booked and don't mind being patient but to not have rooms ready by check in time is not good. Also when we finally did get our room we grabbed our bags and headed to the room, only to find a maintenance person in the room fixing something. We had to wait about 10 minutes outside of the room while he finished. Then he said he had to come back to put some air filters in. I was tired from a long drive and just wanted to shower but had to wait for this maintenance person to return. Unacceptable I will not return to this hotel and with so many in the area I recommend booking somewhere else

The housekeeping did not clean good, also didn’t put garbage bags. Shower was dirty when we arrived, after housekeeping left from cleaning, the shower was still dirty. Random hair found all over. Dirtiest room I have ever been in. Breakfast was decent.

Main issue with room was that the cover under the sink vanity fell right on my 5 year olds feet while she was washing her hands , it was very heavy and cute her feet, when we heard the loud noise from the bathroom i tried to run in thinking she had fallen , and werent able to get inside as the door lock is loose and door wouldnt open, we werent able to close bathroom door all the way or we would be locked it until someone came to help from the outside. Also key cards would randomly stop working i went up to the front desk twice to get the card reset, and were locked out of our room once and outdoor area by the pool another time. also didnt like it was a cementery right next door. Probably wont stay again.

Suite was very spacious and beds were comfy, Breakfast was very good and well kept. Front staff was friendly and helpful.
