Wasn’t in downtown Sandpoint, a view of the parking lot and no balconies. Floor in room was dirty.

Nicely updated and modern vibe. Enjoyed the breakfast and outside patio with fire.

Honestly - every detail was great. The only thing that could have been better would be if the bar also had liquor, and not limited to beer & wine. But i understand thats driven by the state's licensing

the breakfast was great, lots of nice extras like a warm syrup dispenser for the belgian waffles, and candied pecans for the oatmeal. Nice variety of breakfast foods, omelets, bacon, etc

I liked everything about this property. It is clean, excellent and friendly staff and quiet. Comfy bed, good breakfast and even nice bar snacks. I wish the owners every success, they have put the effort into this hotel and it shows.

I made reservations November 2024 for my Stay in July 2025. I paid much higher price. Day of my stay was a lower price but was locked into paying higher price because of advanced Reservations .

Love love love this Beautiful Clean Property. Welcoming and inviting ! Looking forward to staying longer next time. Discovered my local LDS church blocks away.

Our room was great, just right size-wise. We had a view of the parking lot, not the lovely mountains, but we don't hang out in our room much, so that wasn't a big deal. The coffee could be stronger. :) Breakfasts were otherwise great -- good food, excellent selection. We also really liked the gym.

We were here from Friday afternoon through Sunday am. We had no housekeeping services. Would have liked them to at least empty our garbage, as they were over flowing by the time we left.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely breakfast. Quiet. Convenient. We enjoyed the town as well as the hiking trails and paths. This is probably THE most beautiful scenery I've ever seen. Would love to visit here again.

$10 parking fee per night. Don't understand why it isn't free since it isn't valet parking, and there seems to be plenty of spots. But I did know about it beforehand, so it isn't something that was a surprise.

Excellent facilities and location, very charming. Very clean. Staff was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again (and I'm kind of picky).

The mattress was OK, too soft for my liking; I would have preferred something more firm.

The breakfast was fantastic! Maybe it's because I usually stay on the cheap, but I got a good deal at Springhill Suites and the food was a way better quality than what I normally experience at a hotel 😅. The ambience and spaciousness of the room and the breakfast/bar area was lovely.

The only thing we didn’t like about this wonderful hotel is the fact that there’s no ventilation in the well - appointed room. The window didn’t open for fresh air. When you took a shower there would be condensation and the room just felt like a spa.

We liked the inviting lobby and personnel. The breakfast was so tasty . And the pool, plus spa were perfect..

The hot tub needs to be maintained better. The chlorine was too strong. Made our eyes burn.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, staff were super nice. Like the fact we can check out at noon and not 10am like some places. Great location. Easy access to the ski resort and into town.
