the room was particularly small compared to the wyndam which wouldve been only 100 dollars more. also the bed was broken on 1 side. we would also have to ask for our room to be cleaned or have to take the trash out ourselves. 1 sink was always hot while the other was always cold. tv remote was outdated. pool water was greenish as well.

The staff was extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was minutes away from all major areas such as the outlet malls or basic shopping. 15 mins tops from downtown west palm and 20 mins or so from beaches. placed ideally right off i95 exit. the room itself was ok. couch from west elm was nice. their lemonade by the front door was amazing.

The room was nice and getting to hotel was easy. Check-in was a breeze. However, the bed in the room wasn’t as comfortable as I would’ve like but I’ll stay again.

The room was worn and not quite as slick as photos. The photos also show plenty of fruit for breakfast. In reality there were only some apples wrapped in cling firm which did not taste great.

The beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast (aside from lack of fruit) was varied - there was lovely yogurts, scrambled eggs, omelette, bagels, waffles etc. Breakfast also served early on weekdays (from 6.30 am) which suited us.

The breakfast ends a bit too early (9:30 on weekdays). Coffee at breakfast wasn't very good and I was disappointed that there were none of the egg white and spinach ?frittatas on the second morning, since I enjoyed them so much the first morning.

The beds need to be updated and the shower curtains are way too small and need to be fitted correctly water is going everywhere in the bathroom

Everything was good.

The room was nicely appointed, and everything looked fresh. It was a short drive to many fine dining locations. It was also a short drive to get back on the Interstate 95.

There were issues with the elevators - one being completely down and the other was hit and miss. We weren't entrapped, thankfully, but since we were only on the 2nd floor we decided to use the stairs. We realize that elevator issues are a very costly repair that can take weeks to correct. The desk chair needs replaced, as it would suddenly drop down when you sat down in it. Housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to cleaning under the rim of the toilet - you could see black mold when standing at the sink and looking at it... I did point these out to the woman on duty when checking out, and she thanked me for letting her know. Other than that the room was very clean and acceptable. Being the last weekend of Summer Break there were many people staying there, and the breakfast items were gone through quickly. They weren't able to keep up, so we decided to get breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was very welcoming, and the room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Having a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room was great, too! Air conditioner kept the room cool and was quiet. The location was not too far from the airport, and there's a Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

Checkin was the ONLY issue. Apparently Booking.com didn’t transmit reservation so they had no idea I arriving. Night auditor tried everything to get proper reservation information before setting new reservation and adjusting rate.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. AGM wad very helpful. Had to cut visit short due to family emergency. Loved the flexibility he gave in extending checkout longer than what was usually allowed.

The pillows were not comfortable..

Good location. Right off I-95.. The place was clean and so were the rooms. However, the pillows were not comfortable at all.

Ac in our room was too loud and mattress was not so comfortable.

Room was good and specious. Breakfast was very good.

The pull out sofa bed mattress looked dirty and stained. My guest had to sleep on the top of the sofa instead of on the mattress.

The service was great and the breakfast was nice. The size of the room was great.

The cleaning staff was asked to clean the room and the one particular staff I spoke to had me write on a notepad what I needed with room number and when we returned the room w as not cleaned, bed was not bed, all three trash cans were sitting by the door where we had put them and our dirty towels were still in a pile.

Love the cleanliness. The amenities and pool hours were perfect. Breakfast was also great. Management addressed any concerns we had. There was a gentleman who came to our room a few times to assist us. I'm not sure if he was maintenance or part of housekeeping, but he was always doing something. Very proactive. Our phone didn't work when we first checked in, and he came and fixed the problem. When housekeeping left without cleaning our room. He was there to clean our room, bring us towels, take our trash. I wish I knew his name, but he was the highlight of our stay. We stayed in room 301 July 9-12th. I hope he is part of the management team or heading in that direction because his people skills are definitely there.
