Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Walls were thin. Could hear full conversations of family in the next room as well as their crying baby at midnight. Could hear people in the halls all night long
Staff was great and super kind! Common areas were clean and nice.

The hosts/ cook was very friendly as if she loves cooling and serving people. The front desk clerk was generous to offer a room on a different floor as there was a large group of children staying on our original floor who were staying for a soccer tournament. This was very thoughtful as we had a nice quiet overnight stay.

I didn’t get to try the breakfast due to having to leave my room around 6:15am. By the time I got back it was already almost 10:00am. That is no fault of the hotel but if the breakfast was at 6:00am that could have help. No big deal, though.
The room was really spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed it and the location. The staff were very nice, too.

There could have maybe been a few updates to the room such as outdated TV, new mattress for the pullout couch. The mattress was stained.

I booked on line. Said total was 108. When checked out I was charged 130. I asked about Was told it would be for the 108. But have yet to have it credited back to my debit card. I will be watching to see. I got my refund today So all is good.
Got a ground floor room. I had booked a queen suite with sleeper couch. My room was 2 beds. Not a queen. But that was fine.

Odd shower and toilet set up. The toilet paper roll is hard to reach from the toilet.
The breakfast has a nice and fresh verity to choose from.

The breakfast…it great if you want a bunch of carbs but protein (meat and eggs) were not good at all. I did see some fruit & yogurt.
Staff was nice and bed was comfy…loved the sofa bed for our daughter.

Towels and washcloths were not readily available from housekeeping (who don't speak English) on our floor. Air conditioner quit cooling on our third night. The refrigerator has a button to make work for only 2 hours. How does anyone wake every 2 hours to push a button to tell the fridge it needs to cool. Couldn't keep drinks or left overs cool. Breakfast not available until 7:30 am on Sundays. Sign said 6:30am but then I was told that was only for Monday-Friday. Saturday, my husband was able to get us breakfast.
Room access, roominess and cleanliness was well. Walking distance to restaurants.

We weren’t able to use the pool and that was one of the main reasons we got that hotel.

We were on 2nd floor, some noise from above but not terrible. The bathroom room fan sounded like a 747 taking off, it was really loud and had to wake the neighbors!
Two beds, nice layout of divided space between the beds and a couch area. TV could be turned in either direction. Everything seemed clean, plenty of towels, etc. Plenty of well lighted parking. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of warm and cold items.

There were no dressers in the room to unpack. I had to live out of my suitcase. My wife was able to hang most of her clothes. Key cards didn’t work well. Four or five times we had to get cards reprogrammed.
Surprised there were no potatoes. That’s a first for me.

There was not enough light in the room. Plenty of lights, but it wasn't bright enough.
All the small details were clean. 👍 The woman filling the breakfast buffet was happy to see everyone and seemed happy with her job. I loved the reading lights on the headboard.

The pool was dirty and had bugs in it. The pool was also peeling.
