The only room for improvement was the free breakfast... it was fine, pretty standard with limited selection. But boring breakfast is much better than no breakfast. This is really not a complaint, better than 90% of the hotel breakfasts out there.

A standard business chain hotel, with everything as expected, clean comfortable, spacious bathroom, etc. Incredible value for the price (BARGAIN). My room was huge with a sitting area, a desk area and the bedroom, bathroom was great, everything was spotless. Would definitely stay again

Breakfast was great, but the set-up is very prohibitive to allowing the guests to eat in a timely fashion when crowded. It was so busy that we didn't even bother trying for breakfast on the second day or we wouldn't arrive to our event on time. The hotel was MUCH further from our destination than what the Booking.com app showed, no matter what route you drove. This was very frustrating and NOT the fault of the hotel.

The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, welcoming, and happy. Our travel plans were interrupted and the staff helped us check in so that we wouldn't have our reservation cancelled for nor arriving on our initial day. The beds were VERY comfortable and the type of sofa sleeper was so much more comfortable than a pull out couch/bed. There was plenty of extra bedding in the room for the sofa bed so it was nice not having to call for it. Everyone slept well. The room could be total blackout because of great shades. Very clean!!!! The air-conditioning worked well but would love continuous fan setting. It was quiet despite being in the middle of a large group. Loved the fridge AND microwave in each room. The shower products were nice. There was NO mold or mildew in the shower edges!!!

Its not something that I didn’t like but I wish it was a meat option at breakfast for none pork eaters.

My suite was cleaned and smelled clean. The kids loved the inside pool and the hours! Breakfast was tasty and had a nice variety to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful!

The coffee could be better. Whatever they're being is quite tasteless. Also, there is a problem with the paper cups for the coffee; I think the wax lining in the cups is interacting with the coffee. I'd look into changing the cups.

This stay was great value for money, the staff is great and the facilities are plenty. Great pool and gym. The rooms are clean and comfy and the breakfast had many options.

There was no safe deposit box in the room . The Suite was quite small & congested . Carpets are old & dirty . Need to be changed .

The breakfast was top-notch.!! The rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean .. The pool was small and felt very secure. The staff went from sour to sweet. Seemed like she wanted to argue with me about my booking Initially, but then ended up taking out garbage from our Pizza for us. So I guess she made up for her nasty attitude. I think she said her name was Cassandra. Overall I was definitely satisfied especially with the property and will definitely be booking again...🅿️🅿️🅿️🤗🤗🤗
