Rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked 2, for family. Desk staff kindly let them look at the room and change it when they wanted something different.

United StatesWi-fi wasn't great. I've never been a fan of having a sink outside the bathroom, but it is nice when you're sharing a room to have a sink outside. That said, there was a second sink in the kitchen area, so I don't know why the bathroom sink couldn't be inside.
Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. Room was spacious. Check-in and out was easy.

Pleasant staff, good breakfast, not too far from O'Hare. A long (30 minutes) but pleasant walk to Elmhurst and the Metra train. Several places to eat and shop are within walking distance of the hotel (1-10 minutes).

United StatesTub didn’t drain properly, toilet looked like it was going to overflow every time it was flushed. Lots of beetle ladybugs were getting into our room. There look to be mold toward the bottom of the walls in the bathroom. Parking isn’t free. Rooms could use a bit of updating.

United StatesToo many guests on the weekend. Line for the waffles too long [14] is too many even tho you had two waffle maker's. Overall, a good experience even when your at capacity on weekends. You are staffed correctly and the staff worked hard and really hustled to keep things good for all. Bonus time is recommended. Cheers.
Variety was good over our 6 days. Never ran out of anything during core hours. The staff was very very attentive to the breakfast buffet and really listened when someone needed something. Six days flawless even when swamped on the weekend.
