Needs A Lil' Updating. The Elevator Is Scary & Shaky. The Rooms Are Kinds of Grimey (Microwave, TV, Tub, Lamp Shade)

Location Was Perfect... LOTS of Stores & Restaurants Surrounding The Hotel. Staff Is Super Friendly! Lots Of Space And The Sitting Area In The Rooms Is Very Nice To Have.

Loved this place very much, the only down part was that there wasn’t any smoking lounge as it seemed like, or maybe I didn’t search good enough and had to smoke in my car at a nearby parking lot.

I loved that it had a pool, pool looked very clean as well, also had a gym but we didn’t get to try it out, but what we loved as well, was the breakfast that we had in the morning, very delicious!! Will comeback soon and let friends know about this area.

Breakfast was better than the normal buffets that we have had at other Hotels. We never went out to eat breakfast.

Only 1 thing, the cover on our door key lock was broken and taped back on. It stilled worked but seemed concerning.

Everything was perfect. As hotels go, this one was great. Disappointed there wasn't a hot tub but I should've read more reviews before reserving. Otherwise, breakfast was wonderful, rooms are clean and smelled great, easy to get to, pool was fun for the kids.

The housekeeping staff should have come in more often to replenish coffee and empty trash and recycling.

My room was right next to the top of the elevator, which is normally fine but theirs is exceptionally loud. I also had to ask for a bag for the trash can in my room and was given an ice bucket bag. I had to explain that I needed it for the bathroom to get the bag and it was very uncomfortable.

The whole place was very clean and it's very close to strip mall with a few things to do.

Large rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast food was exceptional. Overall very impressed with the facility, would definitely stay there again. I traveled with the pet and the large room size definitely accommodated their space needs.

Made reservation through booking.com, the front desk associate couldn't find my reservation, once I showed her my emails, she looked more into it and found that booking.com had my first and last names switched. Pool was very cold.

They could of not had electrical wires exposed on bottom corner of A/C

A little exposed electrical had to keep an eye on baby. From the ad I was surprised to see popcorn ceilings, old building.

We liked everything. Great stay! However, the beds were very comfortable, but we were told they were queen beds, and they seem to be a bit smaller than a typical queen size.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming - many food choices - very neat and clean. Room was excellent - very clean (awesomely clean bathroom), comfortable beds, everything we needed. Good breakfast and pool locations. The pool was also very clean and enjoyed by grandchildren. Affordable option for our family. With everything included we found it to be a good value. We will definitely return if traveling again to Grand Rapids. 😊
