The fact that there's only one TV in her room that cost $200 and a queen sweet there should definitely be two for convenience if kids are playing games and you want to watch TV with your spouse late at night

The room was beautiful clean and big. But when renting a room for $180 in a queen suite that has a little living area it should have two televisions because honestly the TVs are old and they are also small and if you have a few people with you you are stuck with that television at night when it's late.

This hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It was our anniversary and they put the roses I ordered in the room, the room was much larger than expected and got a fireplace and Jetted tub. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

There was only one soap in one bathroom, no tissues at all, only one towel and one washcloth, and one small roll of toilet paper. This is very unlike Marriott. The glass barn doors on the bathroom offered little privacy and lit up the whole room if you turned on the bathroom light at night, very poor planning!

It's my personal bugbear but I hate plastic cutlery and paper plates as served at breakfast. Seemed to be common in hotels over my stay. I don't like to feel we are wasting resources nor that I am at a kid's party. Breakfast choices limited and access to truly hot (not just warm) food, not ideal. No other issues for me.

The Sales Director went out of her way to help us. (Connie i think was her name) There is no shuttle bus and taxis are hard to come by so she drove us herself to the meeting space and gave us a short bonus tour of Logan too. Great to see someone so proud of the area and so 'going the extra mile' helpful. All staff were positive and helpful.

Hardly any choices at the breakfast. Tons of little kids running around. Poor sound proofing.

It was nice to have extra space, with the couch and desk area. The couch itself was super uncomfortable to sit on though.

The pool needed to be serviced! It should not smell like chlorine in the pool room! It means the chlorine levels are not being monitored correctly.

My only complaint is that the toilet paper is just a grade above sandpaper.

I am super sensitive to odors & was pleasantly surprised that all I smelled was Clean! We couldn't even smell the breakfast odors & we were on the same floor as the dining/eating area. Our room was comfortable, clean & roomy. If we happen to visit Logan, UT again, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
