The pool and spa were not the cleanest.

My wife said adding the grated cheese to the eggs made them edible, but there were so many other options I chose not to try. They fight a losing battle with humidity so every room has an odor that comes with that. I think they would have to install dehumidifiers in every room to have a chance. The ones in the halls were helpful. Talking to others in my conference, it seemed to be universal to their hotel experiences in Memphis.

Great location for downtown from Convention Center to Beale Street. Room was large enough to never feel cramped with 2 people. Staff responded to every request and was always courteous.

The air conditioning was very poor. They tried to fix it but we could not notice a difference. It made sleeping very difficult at night.

The breakfast was VERY good. We only wish they had gravy with their biscuits every day that we were there. The rest was outstanding.

Huge gap underneath the door that we had to cover every night with a blanket to keep out the noise and prevent people from being able to see in our room if they wanted to. We could hear people walking in the hallway very well.

Room was a bed, couch, desk and area with small fridge and microwave. This is not a “suite” to me. I expected a separate bedroom. There were spilled coffee (?) stains on the wall by the bed, one side of bedroom nightstand had no plug in (just a hole where they should have been). Elevator was missing floor buttons but this did get repaired while we were there.

Breakfast was good, standard hotel eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, cold cereal etc. Breakfast area was clean and food was constantly being restocked. The bed was comfortable.

Fantastic location for all Downtown activities and sight seeing. Uber ride to Graceland not expensive at all.

It was exactly what I was expecting, solid hotel well located friendly staff minimal fuss clean and with opening windows (door) and a serviceable breakfast with fresh additions kept up through service

We had a 4th floor room (406) that had a ‘knocking’ sound near the window when it rained. Couldn’t work it out as it happened on 2 separate nights. Also, the sink drain in the bathroom emptied too slowly and the stopper didn’t stay up well to help the process.

Everyone from the cleaners and the desk staff to the Valet (particularly Marquez) were friendly, helpful and attentive. Great breakfast. Will definitely recommend.

The tub was creepy size of the shower and toilet area need to be bigger maintenance cleaner carpet and tub.

The valet parking was quite expensive but much less expensive than my car being stolen (which is a common occurrence in Memphis) so I was happy to pay the fee

The location downtown Memphis was good as long as you don’t go walking outside at night ( this is just Memphis). The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we had a very nice stay. I was thankful for the valet parking because my vehicle was placed in a guarded, safe place at night.

The room was fine but the lighting very sub-standard. The area was depressing as there were no stores except a Starbucks, a Walgreens and one nice restaurant The Flight and that was it. And there was NO dinner available at the hotel, so very few options of where to eat dinner unless one wanted to drive at night which we didn't.

Lots of variety for breakfast...especially appreciated the quiche spinach/egg packages and fresh fruit.

Very disappointing to book through booking.com that said parking overnight was included. The front desk informed us it was not included. Parking was over $70 for 2 nights. Perhaps we should book direct for best value? Also work out space was out of water & sanitizing wipes for 2 days. Though it was reported I was never replenished.

Quiet, spacious, great breakfast selection. We also appreciated the workout space.
